Sears/Cross Creek Mall Review

Very big busy mall. As a dad and a husband I just sit and wait.

Typical mall. Has all the basic department stores and a small decent food court.

This mall is declining. It's not anywhere near as nice as it was a decade ago and it's always overly crowded.

I spent some time sitting in a chair. There was a Santa Claus in the food court and the children were having a wonderful time. I enjoyed my time at Cross Creek Mall.

First time visit, traveled 100 mi. Nice clean mall, good selection of stores, local and national chains. Will definitely return.

It's a good place to just go walk around if you're bored on the weekend. The kids play area is nice, and the food court has a decent selection.

It was a great experience there especially I loved Claire jojo bows

You find great vieraty of everything, clothes, shoes, cosmetic and more with renamed brands.

Inkvill tattoo shop Is the Worst For some reason my pictures will not upload on here but I went to this place about two weeks ago to get a tattoo and within less than two weeks my tattoo started to fade away went back to the complain & yes they did offer to redo it but the way the shop was set up with What look like Crackheads & Dopehead tattoo artist I decided against it plus I definitely wasn t gonna let the same person who messed up my tattoo to redo it again for the second time this place is filled with inexperienced tattoo artist and when I showed the personal who tattoo me her work she didn t have a care in the world just unapologetic than she waited for me to walk away to start laughing out loud Ms.Tianna Plus while doing my tattoo she stated that they did not have professional tattoo guns and that they only use the standard cheaper version as she continued to do my tat which should have put up a red flag for me but at the time she was already in the process of tattooing me so I guess I got what I paid for $40 BS although this place is very cheap the tattoo artist are very inexperienced so if you decide to go here make sure they re equipment is properly sterilized and you find someone that has been doing tattoos for at least 10 years plus you try to support African American businesses but at the end they will disappoint you if you allow them to I really really wish I could upload these pictures I did post on their Facebook review page but they probably already deleted it Again

Good selection of stores. Good place to go if you are close by.

A little rough at night. Recommend shopping more during the day. Needs more security. Basic shopping options. Not crosscreeks fault they're in Fayetteville North Carolina

Typically mall. And mall prices. Be prepared to wait in line no matter where you go and regardless of business rates.

Way too many people. Only was there because I was waiting for new tires at Firestone.

I love the walking into The Cross Creek Mall the shopping is perfect the asthma fear is very perfect I enjoying being there and the restaurants they're awesome thank you and God bless

There are so many stores to choose from. Its really great

The mall is not bad. A lot of crazy stuff has happened there, I guess that's why security and AP employees are so aggressive. Everytime I've shopped at Cross Creek, they follow and hover over you. It's like shopping in a militant state LOL. Just be warned.

It's got so many different things for different types of people. The food court in the mall is a really great hang out place. They have a variety of resturants to eat at. There are places and things there to keep small children entertained. I also like that the security is good. This is a nice and safe place to shop at a variety of different stores and resturants and such.

Enjoyed lunch at K&W today. It was my first time visiting since they relocated.

This mall has the usual stores and a decent food court. The crowd it attracts are just average fayettville folk. You won't find people really traveling to come here. It's a small mall but you can get shoes, clothes, and other goods here like any other mall.

Busy Mall during the weekend, great place to shop early in the day amazing cheap prices for the family!

Decent mall, I only visit for hot topic. Play area is adorable with its military themed playground. Not a fan of any of the food except the cookie shop. Parking lot is a mess to navigate, people drive like lunatics. During holidays with all the holiday kiosks peddling junk and being rude if you politely decline, id rather go to raleigh.

Basic mall needs major updates. Not many good current stores. Need many more stores and more selections. Sadly so many ppl In this area but not a good.shopping mall

It is the best mall in Fayetteville I would have to say the next thing I would add is the food court isn't half badd I'm fan of the Japanese food and of course their traditional chicken on a stick stuff as far as the stores inside the mall there's all large variety which provide anyone new to town and good way to find something they're looking for plenty and jewelry stores one of my favorite places in here is of course build a bear

This is a cute little mall. I did see someone steal a phone right off a Kiosk though.

Very careful now,no more than 10 people with mask on in a store at a time. And hand sanitizer to use and very quick now in and out.

Very crowded moderate prices need to remodeling for have more spacious rooms

Parking is never too bad as long as you're fine with parking in a suboptimal spot. Quality of stores varies. It really just depends on where you go in this mall. Like, of course everything is going to be expensive, but some of the customer services are less than adequate. Some of the food options are also less than acceptable quality. Fortunately, these small blemishes don't cover up the great experiences you can have at this mall.

Being a local I've seen the mall change a lot. Disappointed they got rid of the Disney Store. There is only about 5 stores at the most I like going to.

Decent variety of shops. They have most of the basic shops you'd expect at a mall. Good food options and a nice surrounding shopping center. Very interactive and helpful staff.

I usually only visit bath and body works. The sellers in the middle of the halls are very pushy when trying to sale their stuff

My favorite stores Hot Topic and Spencer's are there

A nice place to walk and just enjoy the surroundings. Environment is clean and friendly help is never hard to find. A good variety of shops to browse and make purchases.

Malls are the worst! I avoid shopping malls at all costs. This one is old and outdated. The new outdoor stores helped but they would do better to level and do more outdoor shops like streets of south point

Quick trip,they had what we needed, staff in foot action so much fun ... shopping with my crazy family.. memory foam

Went this morning for the $5 Black Friday Sale! Got my other tragus pierced and my nose re-pierced. In & out in less than 15mins. Fast and proficient.

Bathrooms are very filthy and have broken tiolets with very minimal cleaning. This also applies to floors of entire mall. Stores are discent but overall you have to get thru the stench of urine walking thru mall to have a good time..

Arrived at about 9:30pm on Christmas Eve (they opened at 7am) Shockingly, it was a mere "summer Saturday crowd" kinda busy. Every store visited the staff was available, helpful & filled with holiday joy, even with the few "nasty, cranky customers" I saw, they were greeted with kindness and with the patience of St Nicholas himself.

Well played out, easy to find shops. CAR Designs, excellent embroidery.

They lost good stores. The mall use to be kind of good wanted to visit now it's where I rather drive to Raleigh to their malls . They do have The cheesecake factory and PF Changs.

For a town like Fayetteville this is a beautiful mall to pass time
