Forever 21 Clothing/Cross Creek Mall Review

I went into forever 21 cross creek mall fayetteville nc and the atmosphere was so uncomfortable to shop it was ridiculous. The reason: There was no air conditioning on!!!! I heard other customers shopping complaining too but I don t know if they will actually write a review. Why isn t there any air conditioning in this store?! You have to wear a mask because of Covid-19, then on top of that there is no air conditioning running in this store. It s 100 degrees outside here. Ridiculous! Not going back until they get air.

Workers don't work , have to chase down staff for a little help only to receive hostile attitude and eye rolling . staff cuss in front of customers . clothes material poorly made .sale damaged items instead of removing them hell it won't cost your company much to ditch damaged items. Very prejudice to white girls that visit store even if you have money to spend. Thugs hired as staff here . very bad taste of store I see this location plummeted.

The store is up to par for the most part, however, most racks are packed with clothes, making them difficult to look through.

the last time I went there was literally only one nice employee. I also remember checking out and at first there was no one at the counter because almost all the employees were gathered around talking

Took my daughter there for some school clothes and prices were below expectations.

They only have dresses for tiny people. None for the plus size

I only shop their sales racks. Quality is low so the regular prices arent worth it

Cute clothes but I HATE walking through this store. So cluttered and messy. I feel like I'm stepping all over clothes and knocking things over walking through it.

I personally love this store.. at times it's very busy and stuff seems to be just placed wherever (sales area.. when people aren't being considerate), but you can always find something for any occasion.. just have patience... and the prices are very reasonable on most items.. GREAT SHOP PICK!!

If I could give a zero I would.
Because zero customer service is what they provide. My entire visit with this location was horrible. These people working here are actually worse than Walmart employees, not even sure how that's possible.
I never rate or review businesses, but I feel the need to set aside my time to let others know not to waste your time or money here.

Clothes is so similar like in the Salvation Army and really the Salvation Army have better clothes belive or not they need to bring more better clothes and no one even welcome me in the store is to gero

The clothes and accessories at Forever 21 are really cute. I bought 2 leggings and 2 blouses the last time I was there and all of them were on sale for great prices. I love the jewelry and makeup too. They don't usually have shoes in my size and most the the large tops are gone by the time I get in there so that's the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5.

Hit or miss. Today was a good day. The employees were really kind, patient and helpful. Though more often than not, I'll go in and have employees behave impatiently, distracted and unprofessional. It's a nice store and everything looks really sleek and inviting. Just go on a good day and talk to the right employees.

I wish that the Forever 21 plus section was better stocked, like the other stores! But over all a great open store.

Normally I like Forever 21, and enjoy walking into their store. The one here is somewhere you definitely want to forever stay away from, and they definitely act like a bunch of wild 21 year olds. The staff is incompetent and rude. They don't greet you, nor do they help you.
I waited for an employee to get me a dressing room for over 30 minutes one time and not because the rooms were full they were telling a story to one of their friends.

Store is kinda cluttered and hard to find some things. Staff isnt that helpful. They stand around talking to each other and not helping customers

I love shopping and this place is were I will always go and for people like me who are really small go to this place

I was struggling in there for over an hour and no one asked me if I need help. The clothes were all over the place. Some em were just standing around not doing anything. The plus size section is a joke.

Very clean store and has nice variety. The only reason why I give this store such a low rating is the customer service... Or lack thereof. No one greets you, smiles, offers help, helps in the dressing room, or even talks to you. It makes the entire place just awkward and uncomfortable.

Worlds smallest forever 21. After moving from Tokyo(worlds largest forever21) and shopping here I'm highly disappointed. It's disorganized and barely any selections especially if it's a sale

I walked in never was greeted by anyone. I did purchase a sweater for a great price which I love. But the checkout experience is what I didn t love. The associate that cashed me out was extremely rude. Total lack of customer service. I probably won t be back to this store anytime soon. I d rather order online than come into this store and get nothing but attitude.

I really like the clothes, shoes, and accessories this store has for women. The stuff here are modern and also ladylike. My ladyfriend and I were truly impressed with this store. I myself really enjoyed it.

2 starts only because they don't have the men's section.

Walking into a sad hello welcome to forever 21 and watching the worker turn around and continue talking to her coworker. Half-ass folding whatever. It was cool listening to the red hair chick talk mad junk about another person lmfaoooo

Customer service SUCKS! No one greets you, no one smiles, if you ask any questions it's more likely they'll get easily annoyed. Every time I walk in no one says hi. Maybe it just might be the ppl who live in Fayetteville because it seems like everyone here has horrible attitude. Everything is usually messy as well. Forever 21 needs to check who they hire to run their store because everyone who's been here hates shopping at this store.
