Great techs, he is always very friendly. I always trusted this company (actually tech) and spread words to other businesses for years. However, they could not fix the issue this time but charged full amount of labors (1.75 hours). I called company and talked to several people there. They just said very aggressively that they did their job, I must to pay in full amount. And said If I want to fix this, then I need pay more money for the labor again. what??? I was not saying that I won't pay for the service. I wanted them to fix it without charging the labor fee again because they failed to fix it. Now Im fixing my words I spread.

We recently had a service call to Seamless Solutions. I am completely blown away with the level of service we were provided. Constant, clear and concise communication from the office that followed through to our assigned tech. Our tech was amazing, totally on top of his game. Communication was absolutely amazing. We have been using a different service and supplies company to fix our copiers for years and it was horrible until we found Seamless Solutions and were saved from the frustration and crookedness of the other place. They have been so professional and responsive that I want to tell everyone. I love this company and would never go anywhere else. Seamless Solutions is wonderful!

Seamless Solutions has been the I.T. Services Provider for my company for several years. Despite the size and complexity of our operations, I am pleased with the response we are given by Seamless and their technicians. Recently, we have received help from Christopher S. and Michael M. The issues were basically mission critical, and they responded as such, quickly resolving the problem to our satisfaction. I can absolutely recommend Seamless Solutions to any company seeking to outsource their I.T. support.

We have been using Seamless Solutions at our office since before I started working for the company three years ago. I love them. They are quick to respond, they come out the same day if possible, and I love their products. Their employees are the best of the best and are willing to help even when the issue is not part of their product line. I would recommend them highly and would always use them if possible.

I have worked with Seamless Solutions for 10+ years. When I changed jobs, we had a copier company that was terrible. I was able to introduce my new employer to Seamless Solutions. The Seamless Solutions Team has always gone above and beyond to help me with any issues we have had along the way from training, supplies or repairs. Great friendly service and professionalism!

I placed a service call with Seamless Solutions to repair a printer. Later that day I received a call from the technician and he nicely informed me that it would be more cost effective to replace the printer than repair it. I thanked him for the honesty and we agreed to cancel the service call.

The next day a technician showed up to troubleshoot the printer and I received a bill. I called to discuss this and was sent to the COO Jon Balter. He was extremely unprofessional and threatened multiple times to send me to small claims court even though I was just calling to discuss what appeared to be a misunderstanding. I would highly suggest if a call is canceled with a technician to ensure a written email is sent immediately.

I would not suggest using this company and I will not be using them going forward.

I have dealt with Jon Balter at Seamless for 15 years now. You wont find anyone better when it comes to high end, production printers. You need Ricoh C9110, C9220's? he's your best option in all of Houston.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed dealing with this company. They surprised me by going out of their way to see what my needs were and meet them. They seem to really be focused on the customer. Roy made a lasting positive impression on me.
