I placed a service call with Seamless Solutions to repair a printer. Later that day I received a call from the technician and he nicely informed me that it would be more cost effective to replace the printer than repair it. I thanked him for the honesty and we agreed to cancel the service call.

The next day a technician showed up to troubleshoot the printer and I received a bill. I called to discuss this and was sent to the COO Jon Balter. He was extremely unprofessional and threatened multiple times to send me to small claims court even though I was just calling to discuss what appeared to be a misunderstanding. I would highly suggest if a call is canceled with a technician to ensure a written email is sent immediately.

I would not suggest using this company and I will not be using them going forward.
