Seals Ambulance Service Review

Terrible!!! this company is a shame and stealing. They dont hold up contracts and refuse to take calls or return ANY form of communication! Criminal at best!

Parent company (Priority Ambulance) lost a manager and both of their developers, owing to sexual harassment, blatant LGBT discrimination, and retaliation by their VP of Revenue Cycle Management. Lo-and-behold, there seems to only be one HR rep, and the company is running on fumes, so their only solution was to terminate people (NOT the offending VP). Lastly, as a former database developer for this company, I can say that it was going to cost us well over $1 million to correct our data warehouse and all of its databases, including observed corruption. I would run the other way if this company wanted anything to do with you.

Jake and Nick transported my mother back home for hospice. They did it with such care and compassion. I was very impressed with the professionalism these two showed in my family's time of need.

Horrible customer service. Didn't even get all my information out before I was told I couldn't use services. Rude.

This company is not apart of the Greenwood fire department. This is a private company.. Greenwood has ambulances and your tax dollars pay for it.. you can refuse this company and not get billed and have Greenwood fire which are red truck take you which your tax dollars pay for.. what a scam Greenwood Indiana.

I can't trust fragile racists on EMS to adequately handle emergency situations because they are not in charge of the discipline to guide themselves with their own life. Stop hiring racists!

Took my wife to the hospital when She is in real bad shape and treated her like a dog. Real good thing I wasn't near by them when they were disrespecting my wife

The ambulance was fine. The polar opposite of the billing department. Constantly trying to get a payment from me when it was already paid.
