Your customer service rep should be called a customer service jerk. Just talked to John on the phone. He was interruptive and cold and wasn't listening to my questions. "Let me tell you how this works" were the first words out of his mouth before I could even fully explain my situation. Then, he ended the call with "you need to make sure you talk to a manager at the rental agency, not just anyone who picks up the phone. If they have a problem with what I told you, tell them they can call John at the Turnpike Authority." If you don't like your job, buddy, quit. Don't be rude to customers when they call.
