This is one of the oldest 5 star hotels of cox's bazar and its living up to its fame. Though the rooms and washrooms are a bit old compared to its counterparts, but the service of the staffs and hotel itself is very very up to the mark, the rooms/washrooms are clean. Room service, housekeeping are available 24/7. All the staffs are well behaved. They have a big pool ands its accessible till 9pm for all guests. I'm happy with their service and would definitely recommend.

Regular rooms are too small. Bathrooms are so tiny that when you come back after bath, toilate paper will get wet and it will get dirt. I have booked 2 rooms and both were kind of old rooms. Most important thing is commitment. I have booked with a particular tariffs with one person. When I come to hotel, other guy denied completely. How funny!!!!!

They charged tax but could not provide tax challan once we asked. After a long conversation they told us to go back tomorrow to their premise. Well, it is not a good example! But food was good.

When there was nothing in Cox's Bazar, there was Seagull. It's one of the oldest or may be 'the oldest' 5 star hotel here. Now there are so many reknowned hotels in Cox's Bazar. But as you say, 'Old is Gold', they care for you. There is no other like it. The more 'new' the more Gorgeous but, the more 'old' the more Experienced and Elegant. I came here like two or three times & wish to come more. Thank you.

It probably is the oldest star hotel in cox bazar. Here are the pros and cons : Pros- 1. Its right next to the beach. 2. Very nice architecture. 3. Has a very large and well designed swimming pool. 4. A lot of open space with a large backyard adjacent to the pool, a large green lawn, large parking space and another very large lawn for outdoor Bar B Q and music. You will not find any other hotel in the area with so much open space! 5. Bar B Q tests good. 6. I took a package from the travel desk. It was good. 7. Best part is they display how much food was wasted last mornings breakfast buffet so that people dont waste anymore. 8. Small but nice lobby. Cons- 1. It needs serious maintaining. I stayed in a regular room. It is not supposed to be the best room but it lacks maintaining. The bathroom was a disgrace! Dirty shower curtains! And who provides used rubber slippers nowadays!! curtains are immovable and dusty, charging points are loose. No water heater despite having an outlet. Also the corridors and common space need maintaining. And air conditioning inside the room was not sufficient. 2. Lacks professionalism. The front desk is a little harsh. Once you reach the front desk, you'll immediately notice the difference with other professional hotels. The most unprofessional are the support staffs. They have a skeptical and kind of aggressive attitute. More than one person will enter your room to check the minibar regularly and also while you are checking out. They do this in such an obvious and deliberate way that you and your family will feel very uncomfortable! I have seen such attitude in Bayoke Sky Hotel in Bangkok. No where else have I seen such support staffs ( Despite their size and star numbers). 3. The breakfast is definitely not 4 star. We did not have any trouble with the staffs and no one actually did anything wrong. But if you have stayed in other hotels, you'll notice the difference. And often you will not feel comfortable. My stay was okey, but I'll not be inclined to have another stay there.

Although they claim the hotel as 5 star standard, in reality, it's not even 3 star standard. Seagull Hotel needs huge renovation. My experience staying in Deluxe room was terrible. Bathroom was dirty and when using flush, water was leaking on the floor. Room was below par. Example, no hot water kettle in the room so that you can make tea or coffee for yourself. We needed hot water to make milk for our baby. Despite calling room service multiple times, we never got any boiling water! Had to make the baby formula with normal water.

Very close to the sea, takes less than two minutes to reach the beach on foot. You can even see the waves from the entrance gate. This establishment has bar with no not guest restriction. Satisfactory service with will maintained promises.

Located at the Seagull Hotel along with Laboni Beach Road in Cox's Bazar. The hotel's location is so beautiful that you can go to Cox's Bazar from the hotel. I had stayed for three days at the hotel, so breakfast was very fun and there were lots of items. There are many items in lunch and dinner. Seeing the hotel's swimming pool and gymnasium. You can take a look at the swing flower picture alaredi I gave in my review. There are steam bath options. It is one of the first five star hotels in Cox's Bazar and the oldest oldest hotel. There are many places inside that the places can not be seen in the hotel. The whole hotel is central to how air conditioned.

One of the oldest 4 star hotel in coxs Bazar, Bangladesh. Good hospitality and service. Complementary breakfast is really good and fair enough for a good start. Few room facilities are outdates. Sea side rooms are same as hill side, because due to trees, sea is not visible from sea side room.

Enjoying their hospitality since the beginning. The best place to be in Cox's Bazar. Most convenient location, great service, great food, love the lawn. Their private beach is safe and secure.

Better than Royal Tulip. They have a warm water pool side jacuzzi. Breakfast choices were limited and often spicy but adequate. A bit expensive for the season. The location us good. Would be better if the beach would be less crowded as Royal Tulip. Their cleaning up place after returning from beach could be a bit more clean and should have warm water facility.

Not good like a 5 star hotel.service wasn't enough.for entry and exit they can give something for their room guest so that they can easily take entry and exit from hotel.otherwise hotel security ask again and again you are our room guest?it's sooo disturbing for guest.its my personal opinion I just share.

Regular couple rooms are very small. Draining system had problem inside the bathroom, even exhausting system in the bathroom was not working. Me and my family were very disappointed. Though the stuff were well trained with good manner.
