We have been very satisfied with the service we have received from Seaga s technical support department, particularly Josh Wallin, who has always been accessible and helpful in providing clear instructions to resolve every problem we have encountered with the machines. Josh is always willing to patiently break down highly technical directions into basic, understandable language. Fortunately, we have only experienced relatively minor issues with the machines, but Josh has treated every question and concern we have brought to him with a high level of customer attention and urgency. We are very pleased and grateful that Josh has been available whenever we have needed his expertise.

$500 for a new board that doesn't work. Can't send...

$500 for a new board that doesn't work. Can't send it back without spending $150 on tech support package. Every other manufacturers boards cost $160- $200 brand new and most offer free tech support. Seaga makes suck garbage no wonder they charge for support. Between the lack of support once u pay and the price of parts your better off throwing the machine away and buying something that'll last and cost a fraction to fix from a REAL manufacturer!

I am very disappointed with these machines. I have had mine in operation for 16 months and have a lot of problems. I bought 5 and every one has had problems. I have had to replace keypads, coin mechanisms, home switches...and these machines do not get an inordinate amount of use. I hate calling tech support...smart, but absolutely no people skills. Should not deal with the public!!

I have owned my machines for 3 years now. Without, Josh Wallin as my go to service advisor, I am certain I would not be as successful. Josh is patient and extremely knowledgeable. If he doesn't know an answer, he finds it, and responds timely. Josh provides customer service, I don't experience often.
Seaga as a company is responsive and I highly recommend working with them!

I had sold thousands of Seaga Machines in Asia , these are the most easiest machines to set up and are work horses . 100s of them are over 6 years old and running with proper maintenance.

Ordered several parts and price stickers for a discontinued machine. I received everything except two price stickers. Notified them via email and was advised they would be sent out. Stickers never arrived and my machine was not able to be used without pricing until I placed unprofessional looking handwritten tags on. UPDATE...The company finally sent the missing parts of the order.

AVOID this company by all means possible. They DO NOT care about customer service. I have called repeatedly about status of parts repair. One day the part is being shipped out. The next day, the part is at a tech desk. After calling them around the 10th time. I only get voicemail in which they do not return calls.

Worst customer service ever. The machine is in a clean temperature controlled environment. The compressor has went out twice (they told me this NEVER happens. They have had my warranteed compressor for 7 weeks and can not tell me if it has even been looked at nor when I can expect a replacement. Excuse after excuse from denying they received mine (had to email tracking proof) to saying "the tech didn't receive it, the tech has it" to it didn't ship when it we told you it would because those dates are only tentative and we can not tell you if yours has even been looked at. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT purchasing their vending equipment.

If there is a vending issue or something I don't understand, Josh listens patiently and guides me through it and with Seaga backing him up, we can correct the situation promptly. We had a refrigeration system in a new machine that wasn't functioning. We contacted Seaga Monday and the replacement deck arrived Friday. Their efforts included assembly, testing, and delivery. We couldn't have been more pleased.

I have been in the vending business for just over 1 year . I purchased 5 INF5C machines and use them exclusively. As of yesterday I have had 3 cooling decks go out . Two cooling decks went out just after the first month in service on two brand new machines . The first replacement just lasted 1 year . And the cost of a new one is around $ 900.00 with shipping . My machines are not placed in a dusty sawmill . They are in climate controlled break rooms . They are not being abused by the general public. I expect things like the keypad to break after extensive use . But to have the cooling deck go out in the first month of a $ 6000.00 industrial machine ? To add insult to injury, the last replacement cooling deck Seaga sent me . Two supports on the evaporator fan were broken . What type of quality control does Seaga have ? If I had know about this before I purchased these high priced machines , I would not have used Seaga . I hope this helps someone else not make the same mistake I made .

Best customer service experience Mark Farshtchi help me in March to replace a vending machine that I had that got broken into. Very fast and great service. I am still looking for a SM23B to get my second machine back and running.
