The lady working the shipping and receiving office is very rude, and not easy to work with, and when I called to check on my load status was told "did we call you, no!!" "We will call you when it is ready." Dropped my trailer which is a container and they changed set Temps which is giving to us by the port and the customer on where they want it set at. Landing gear was raised higher than what I dropped it. Been sitting at 12 hours just to load, went and scaled and had to return because my trailer was 2500lbs over on gross, 2200lbs over on my drives. This is by far 1 of the worst pick ups I have ever had.
