Perfect! They had many activities for the kids, and knowledgeable staff at every major attraction.
Great Aquarium, only thing is there were ALOT of kids there (and several summer camp kids) & is geared more towards young kids as opposed to Adults. They had a kiddie scavenger hunt. The sea life was Awesome!!!
Nice place. Well kept. Go during the week, less crowded. The glass tube is unique.
I love Sea Life really makes me my mom, dad, brother, and little sister happy!
(Thx for letting us in late)

Great aquarium. Always friendly and clean. There is plenty to see and kids love it.
This place has a lot to see & interact with, the kids love it & its location makes it that much of a greater place to visit. I can see my self going back for sure.
It's a cute place for what and where it is. I like that it can be interactive and educational for both adults and older kids. Younger kids enjoy the cool fish tanks and they stay fairly corralled, too! Of course there are bigger better acquiriums out there but this is my favorite for my family in DFW area. It's also clean, which is HUGE for me!
My baby is 6 months old and this is the only and first time we leave the house to a place other than his doctor's office. I was very skeptical at first but after reading about their covid policy I felt much better. I felt safe and I must give credit to all the employees and the visitors who kept distance and wore masks. Everything was touchfree. Having said all that, the place is absolutely mesmerizing. A variety of sea animals and education posters. It took us about a hour and will surely go back again.
Good place for a family outing. Neat and well maintained. They also provide fun and interactive ways for kids to learn about the sea life creatures.
Worth the trip and the money. Employees there are so generous and helpful and most of all THEY ACKNOWLEDGE us, welcomed us with 6 ft open arms. Thank you
Just so so. Don't waste your money unless you get a deal
It wasn't the best aquarium that I've ever been to, but it was pretty good. They have a behind the scenes thing that is really cheap (just $4) and I got to see a baby shark that was just born an hour before and he was SO TINY. They have a lot of rescued animals program and it was great. Definitely worth it.
I did not expect it to be in the mall. I was impressed. It was clean was not so crowded I guess that depends on what time you go. But the retail store was disappointing. There were no shirts with the logo on it.
It's quite expensive for what it is. Some of the exhibits were closed I assume due to COVID. There are almost no staff to speak of. There was one SUPER condescending redheaded guy that was quite rude to my sister about her mask not being over her nose. Another employee rudely yelled at another group about flashs and the animals. Other than that there was no employees to ask questions about the animals, or point you in the right direction. My honest opinion, if I want to go to a real aquarium and spend 60 dollars. The Dallas world Aquarium is MUCH better. The staff seem to care. The animals seem better taken care of, and I feel like I learn something. This place seems like they want to push as many people through the gift shop at the end as possible with as little overhead as possible.
Took 3 of my grandkids and we had a great time together here.
Sea life was a lot of fun, just so over crowded. Shoulder to shoulder. Like humans in a sardine can. Beautiful animals, fun stamp machines, good atmosphere.
Me and my family loved it great place for the kiddo's
Wonderful and interesting. Great for families and the aquatic lovers.
One of the best aquariums I've been to! The tanks were large enough for all sea life. A couple of overhead tanks. Activities for children as they go through. Great for kids and adults. I went alone because I was driving thru and it was great! Surprised that it's in a mall! Definitely a must see attraction!!
Every single person there was aware of my needs. They even knew when to say no.
Wonderful exhibits, beautiful animals, friendly staff, clean....we had an awesome time!
Surprisingly better than what I expected, bigger than what you'd expect from a mall aquarium.
Very beautiful and very good learning experience for the kids!
Fun place to have family time and learn a few things about our ocean's
My kids love it 5yr and 2yr. Like the displays, the layout and the interactive activites around the aquarium. Although it small, you walk thru it in and hour or so. I just give a 4 star since it feel to me pricie for the lenght of the aquarium, so better use a groupon like we did.
Excellent place if you have children, it is advisable to buy the Legoland package and sea life a wonderful day for my children when we went
I took my mother for the first time for her birthday. She loved it! I wished that some of the Plexi glass they use for the visual of the tanks we're better cleaned, but other then that the crew was great! The animals were awesome, and my mom was Happy!
Great place for kids to have lots of fun learning about the sea animals and how to help them. My 4 year old had a blast.
This place was extremely dirty. Trash all over floors and glass of fish tanks covered in hand & fingerprints. It definitely needs cleaning & sanitizing. As far as the admission cost it was ridiculous. We have been to aquariums all over the world & this one is nothing to brag about.
This is a very nice aquarium for being in a mall. It's larger than I expected. My daughter had a blast. The walk through tunnel was amazing.
Decent aquarium. A bit small and can be covered in an hour
Great place. MUCH bigger than I thought it was. Little much on the conservation side but that's their stick, so take it as it is.
No phone number that works. No updated hours info for holidays. All they say on website is buy tickets online, but remember - no refunds!
Great aquarium. The 360 tunnel scared my kid but after a while he didn't want to leave. Everyone loved all the fish and had a great time
Super awesome. If you are visiting the Dallas Fort Worth area and have kids then this is a great spot to take them. Lots of animals, clean, and a touch area for little hands. Highly recommended.
Had a great time. Got to touch a starfish too. The jelly fish display is amazing.
Great aquarium for the kids. I love the walk through shark/fish tank. The ending was a little disappointing but overall good place to come at least once.
This aquarium in Grapevine is very beautiful, it is not a great aquarium so do not expect to find a large variety of aquatic animals but to be a place you can go after your shopping with the family is very good. My little one loved the goldfish and everything he could see. It is 100% recommended.
We come here every year for my son's birthday and it's awesome. But one of our traditions is having our Pic taken so we can get a collectable. But the girls in the front were too busy talking about their personal lives. No one asked us to take our picture, so this year we have no memory for our book. Customer service should come first. Talk on your own time. Not work time.
The tunnel is awesome. I recommend a membership to anyone who is in the area for more than a few days so that you may enjoy the tunnel and tanks during slower times. It's still awesome with a crowd, but magical when not crowded.
They let way too many people in at once, you don't get to enjoy your visit. Over priced for what you get to do.
Legoland is ok. Seems dirty and also over crowded. Activity kit not really worth the money. Our 6 year old had fun, but as a parent I felt the location was dirty.
It very nice alot of neat different sea creatures . staff nice , gift shop nice kinda of high priced . but their stuff is nice
This was a great Father's day trip for me and my dad! I had lots of fun! The sea life was terrific!
Great place!! The new turtle rescue exhibit is amazing!
Good variety of fish and small enough to not get saturated reasonable priced.
This is an amazing place for every one and many things to learn about sea life.
Definitely enjoyed this place and so happy they are open 365 days/year. I was skeptical since some reviews said it was nothing compared to Dallas aquarium. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it's really a good sized aquarium. They've got interactive activities for the kids and lots of variety of ocean species. The place is even good for just adults too. The aquarium staff were very friendly especially the girl that worked at the touch pools (you can touch starfish and anemones). The largest tank is really impressive and you can see tons of different kinds of fish, eels, turtles, and sharks. Will definitely go back. A bit pricey but pay online for a discount or find a groupon.
Nice layout. Variety of species. No fishy smell
Older children will get more out of it than 3-5 year olds but good initial exposure to sealife. Liked guided hands on experience with anemones and starfish. We were short on time. We'll go again.
That place makes me sad for the sea life that lives there. It was dirty and kids were allowed to throw trash in the tanks
Great family day with our grankids, our son and daughter-in-law
Staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Our kids loved the little "nemo's" swimming around, and they had a great time. The activiey book that explains what type of aquatic sealife were at each station was very informative. The touch pools at the end were the perfect exhibit to end our little excursion.
Went with kids and they enjoyed a lot. Even me and wife had good time over there. As it's in a mall, easy access to other fun activities and shopping is an added advantage.
My kids just love coming here it is very enjoyable and educational you will have a blast
Great for kids of all ages, as well as adults. For being in a mall it was really a great experience and very involved place.
My wife and I put this aquarium off since it opened because it was in a mall. Boy were we wrong. This place exceeded all our expectations and we even payed an extra 4$ to go behind the scenes which was a really cool experience as well.
