I'd like to address (positively) some of the issues I have experienced - and why this proves that Stirling Court IS a great place to live. I've made many service requests in the past year regarding some issues with my unit (plumbing and some other quirks), and the maintenance staff as done an excellent job at addressing these issues. Not only are they fixed quickly...but they are fixed correctly (no short cuts will be taken). I'm very pleased with this aspect of living here, and as such, feel very comfortable!

I called to report that the manager of the village green apartments in hatboro is not doing their job. I called the manager to report a tenant violatiing the lease bynhave a dog and the manager instead of doing anything tomthat tenant got very abusive on the phone yelling insults and threatening to,call the police on me. They also,informed the person I complained about that I had done that and gave them my name and contact information.

The St James is a great place to live .the employees are terrific. they are always helpful.
We were here at the beginning and stayed for years. we left in 2017 and came back in 2020. it is as good as ever.

I love my Hathaway House apartment and its central location. The unit is spacious and there is an outdoor patio which I use most days. The 24 hour service desk is a bonus. The management and staff are very friendly. There is indoor parking for which I am very grateful. Some improvements to the amenities have been made. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to be here.

Appliances that constantly break.... cheap materials in the building.... advertises amenities that can t be used (ex. A business center with printers that are always out of ink or out of order). Building managers are unhelpful and unresponsive, was assigned the wrong parking spot and was threatened to have my car towed. What else? Not worth the money, I m sure more tenants will be moving out as well. I will tell everyone I know not to rent with Scully Conpany.

Village of Wethersfield: The facilities are nice, but our one bedroom is pretty small. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool area is nice when it is open. Very dog friendly. Nice enclosed patio/ porch area. Great location and easy access to 91. KW

I have put in a few maintenance requests and I have to say how responsive the maintenance team is. They responded quickly and always fix the problem.

I have had an incredibly positive experience at Hunters Chase so far. Adele, Kristin, & Jackie have been incredibly helpful and have continually gone above and beyond to assist me whenever I needed it. The apartment is cozy and I am very happy.

Great Company with Incredible Properties! Every staff member has always been friendly to me and my clients. Being a realtor trying to place a renter in a quality community can be challenging so I always look for Scully Owned Property to ensure they're happy.

I don't respond to surveys but I'm making an exception here. I am so impressed with Scully Company and with the local Village office staff. Nothing but "excellent's" to say about them in every category.
