This message is to provide feedback about your Network Analyst, Lewis DeMaggio. Our company had been having an issue with our scanner/copier for two weeks. I reached out to Saxon for help, as we have an existing service agreement with them. Mr. Demagio not only responded promptly, but he was efficient, knowledgeable, and patient. He made sure to identify our problem, and he provided us with preventative measures to keep the issue from reoccurring. We are extremely grateful for the help he provided. He is an excellent representative of your company standards.

Saxon maintains six printers at our company, and we have worked with them for almost a decade. Their marketing assistance has been invaluable over the years as our needs evolved, in choosing full color production print systems as well as economical black & white printers. Communications for supplies and repairs are state of the art and personal. And best of all their technicians shine! Quick to respond, helpful in teaching me how to handle issues, thorough - they always go beyond the call of duty. I give Saxon 5 stars. I would also give them 10.

Do not go with this company. They do NOT care about the customer. All they care about is making money for themselves. Sales people will be very nice but after you sign-up with them, it changes quickly.

We have had saxon for a few years and trying to get anyone to help is a test in patience. We hardly ever need help, but when we do, they bounce me around from department to department, can never get anyone on the phone to help, take my number down to call me back and then no one calls me back, so I have to call them back, yell at a few people to get a fire lit and then wait again for someone to call. Customer service is a joke!

Honestly, they start out good and once they get you, it all over. Sale rep does not call back or email back. Everyone is giving you the run around. The machines break down easily, however the couple staff that try to help, they really can't do much because of all the slackers in the company.

Saxon does not seem to care that their hardware breaks every week, sometimes twice a week. They don't stock consumables either. We have had a tech come out one day, and the next day literally the next time we go to print we are having the same problem again and we're not sure if the tech even tested the tray that was having issues.

We currently have a production printer that has been down for 2 days WAITING FOR A CONSUMABLE PART. Why Saxon can't keep stock for simple cleaning cartridges and EVEN TONER is beyond me. We were told the part would be shipped next day, the wrong part was shipped UPS ground.

When we bring issues like this to our sales rep his only solution is to cc the service email and say "handle this", we were promised a solution to our constant downtime and failures by our sales rep months ago and have heard nothing from him since.

The fact is Xerox is a joke and Saxon is a joke, look at any other brand if you're looking for production printers and any other local company if you're looking for service and support.
