Scrubs etc. Review

Russ made a wonderful contribution during this crisis. His business provided 50 much needed masks to a group of workers on the front lines everyday working to protect the community. Our dwindling supply was certainly replenished and if not for him it would have put many at risk. His selflessness is not something you see everyday, nor necessary, but it is a great reminder of the American spirit that drives us as a people to be better and do better for others.

I love the prices and scrubs they offer but last time I went they made me and others very uncomfortable. We felt like they were keeping a closer than normal eye on us, so we didn t end up purchasing anything and left the store. We weren t able to look around without having one particular woman behind us at all time, no matter where we were in the store. This behavior is not okay. Please be more cautious and do better.

When I first walked in there was no one in the store. All I needed was a stethoscope so I didn t need any help, but I had to wait at the counter for about 5 minutes before the guy popped up. He was nice and let me check out the stethoscope before I paid due to the no refund policy because of the pandemic. That was great because a lot of other places had the same policy but wouldn t even let me touch one.

This store has a ton of scrubs, all super practical and nice but also cute, different, and stylish, if that s what you want! Prices were good and there was a good selection of scrubs at 50% off! I was also able to take advantage of 35% off for medical professionals which means a lot, especially during this time. The store was clean, organized, and the 2 people working while I was there were very kind. I hope to be back in the Lombard area - I will visit again!! Thank you (:

When I walked in, immediately the environment was so warm and welcoming. Was greeted by Ryan who was so kind and patient as to help me look for certain colors for my job. The whole staff made me feel comfortable (like family) and they were all very professional with every question I had. I appreciate all their hard work during this pandemic. I live quite a distance away and I surely will be coming back just to see everyone's friendly faces again!
Don't listen to any of the negative reviews, Russ, Ryan, Kim and everyone else goes out of their way to make sure everyone is treated with kindness and helped in any way possible.

Was greeted right as I entered. The guy on the floor helped me with any questions that I had and got me into a fitting room to try everything on then assisted me with ordering the stuff I couldn t find in my size online! Awesome service and love the 35% off they give medical students. Thank you!

Best scrubs store I ve been to. The moment you walk in you re greeted and offered help. Every time I ve gone they ve had a good discount for all reasonably priced scrubs. The store is clean and organized. Thank you!

The female employees need to check their attitude when a customer comes in wanting to pick up their embroidery order. Won't be returning.

I am a special education teacher, working with students who uncontrollably drool. I needed scrubs during this COVID time and Scrubs Ect was the best place. I had no idea what to look for and an employee named Illana was outstanding! She found me all the right sizes, colors and spent so much time helping me! Highly recommend this place!

I have truly never met such nice employees, not even at a scrub store, but at any store than the 3 employees that I have met now a couple of times coming here. I wish I knew their names, and if I find them out I ll add them.

My boyfriend and I will gladly take the 45min - 1hr trip it takes to get to their store to give them business rather than go to multiple stores near us.

The store has good options for sizes and if they don t have a size in, they will gladly order it for you. I usually have a hard time finding small tall/medium tall pants, but I am always in luck at this store.

As long as they re in business, I will gladly be their customer!!!
