Went to Pinology for the first time. Very nice , but kinda disappointed, I didn't find anything to my liking or what I wanted to purchase. It was sorta small, I wanted to be overwhelmed with cute items.. Nice local vendors... love the farm house themes, shae butter, signage, potpourri, cute cute vintage baby things and more. Im glad went with my friend...
At the entrance, the directions were a little discombobulated, but the staff directing traffic at all points were more than helpful. Any time I needed directions, each staffer was able to point me where I needed to go and was in good cheer throughout the entire fair.
It was quite a different experience doing the Spring Fair as a drive thru event but it was actually a lot of fun. The lines were not too horrible, you drove thru to buy food and see the farm animals and were able to get out and walk around the showplex and sit in bleachers for the dock dogs and pig races. The only unfortunate thing was we didn't buy ride tickets soon enough and they were sold out for the time slot we needed but overall it was a really good time. Really hoping though that by the time September comes, things will be back to normal.
Smaller than the fair we are accustomed, but vendors with food and gift are still giving the atmosphere of the fair. We enjoyed the racing pigs! We didn't, but you can go on fair rides.
It was nice. Cool dinosaurs. There was a 45 minute wait to get in. And no interaction. Literal drive through
Dinosaur drive thru is good for kids. We wish more dinosaurs should have been on display. Nice collection to explain kids about various dinosaurs.
The Gem Show is always a great event with very good selections of venders. They always have at least two food venders for a decent lunch. Thank you Gem Show for a great day!
Spring Washington State Fair is open for 2 two weeks now.

I love the fair grounds. It was pretty organized amd neat how they was able to plan around Covid. Lots of open space. I was kind of sad to see so many empty venue spaces. Lots of the food places was closed to but overall great experience. Great organization for it having to ne drive through fair. Fair entry was worth the price. A great way to keep the family busy. I did not like that you were only allowed to pick one show. We picked the racing pigs but my friend wanted to see Dock Dogs. We was able to see it but still that kind of sucked. Monster trucks was sold out. I always miss them. Good day at the fair Covid style.
