SCAM !!! TO FLEE !!!

So now, our collective gas boiler is HS for almost 2 months.

Cabinet Jourdan has delayed with the organization of an extraordinary assembly and refuses to unblock the funds of works, nevertheless planned for this purpose, being based on an imaginary law.

As a result, we will not have heating this winter. My 10-year-old daughter and I are sick and I intend to file a complaint against Jourdan's cabinet for the harm I have suffered.

These people make our money grow on their accounts and refuse to return it to us when it is necessary.

Do not entrust the management of your real estate or condominium to these people. To escape absolutely !!!

Before buying or renting, ask about the manager ... if you hear jourdan cabinet, run away! I had a water damage about 6 months ago, the insurance and I contacted them so that they brought in an agent to cut the heating during the intervention to make the diagnosis ... the rare times when they replied, we were treated to "we contact the expert and come back to us". They never came back to us and stopped responding. Not to mention the daily calls and emails that remain unanswered. It's a shame !
