One of the best ones I've been too, actors were great. Very considerate of people going through for ramps they has pieces of wood so you didn't slip. It was great will be returning.
Holy cow this place is great! We went on their blackout night and had a blast. They had a DJ in the tent so it made the wait to get in much less dreadful. We had gone to all the Six Flags haunted houses a few weeks before and I gotta say Screamin Acres did a much better job.
We drove 2 hours from West Bend, WI to go to Screamin Acres and we were incredibly disappointed. First, they barely had any actors. We could walk through a haunted house and maybe see one or two people and they barely even scared us. Two, through two of the haunted houses, we ran into groups in front of us and groups behind us, ran into us. The timing and spacing is terrible. Three, the death trap experience was not worth the money. It wasn t even scary. Four, walking through the cornfield no one jumped out at us or anything. That would be the perfect time to scare someone. (Screamin Acres once had this, I have no idea why they would take it away). I grew up in WI Dells area, so I ve been to Screamin Acres once or twice and it s nothing like it used to be nor is it what they hype it up to be. We barely got scared. We went home saying it wasn t worth the money. Spend the extra $40 & go to fright fest, if you don t get frightened by the actors, the rides will make you scream
First the 3D room was awesome!! Took about an hour or so to go through the whole day place. they don t touch you and still pull off a good haunt, unlike other places in town that a lot of people complain about being touched, which really just proves your haunt sucks if people have to touch and jump at you to scare you. They have great props and lighting, it s well ran, timed well, safe and you can tell a lot of time and thought is put into this haunt. Looking forward to this years haunt!!!
Hands down the BEST haunted house I have ever been to in my life. The staff was incredibly professional and kept things running smoothly while we waited in line and made our way through the house. There was a new scare around every corner that kept ur on our toes the entire time! It was the scariest 50 minutes of my life! The money was well worth it as well the extra Death Trap experience. You re truly missing out if you don t make your way here during the Halloween season.
It amps you up with surprises! The corn field near the beginning is HUGE ANTICIPATION (unfortunately no jump outs or things to scare you ). What a great venue, we have friends & relatives anywhere from New Jersey to Phoenix that come out to enjoy it! VERY well done every year.
They do a great job controlling the lines. They give you a DJ for half of the line experience. Once your in the attraction they stop you 3 times and rearrange you to keep people from bottle necking up and losing the thrill of the next scare. We went at a time that seemed to be super busy (1 hour line wait). The line moved fast but what was amazing was the length of the event.
The best part was total time we spent at the attraction was longer than the line (this includes Death Trap which we found to be totally worth it).
Lines moved quickly with awesome DJ playing great music. Liked how they restaged groups between the different haunts. The actors were professional and they had the right amount. The haunts itself were brilliant, detail oriented, and imaginative. Total worth going!
