I called to ask if they had the ability to mount my new pin bindings. Even though they didn't have the correct template, Meg offered to help me find a shop that did. She made a few phone calls and got back to me with a recommendation. Very helpful! Thank you Meg!

I ve been going to Philbrick s since i was a kid for hockey, lacrosse, bikes and everything in between. I recently needed a new pair of skis and was unable to come into the store due to COVID travel restrictions as I no longer live in New Hampshire. I called the store and Jake was very helpful in talking me through some options and I ended up going with his suggestion. I just used my new skis and couldn t be happier with them. Staff has always been excellent no matter what I ve been looking for.

Very helpful and friendly staff (especially if you're new to a sport) and plenty of inventory. They were able to install new bindings on some used (and old) cross country skis we brought in at the last minute. Helped us get set up with the right gear. Reasonable prices. Strongly recommend this shop.

This store is the best. Their products and repair/rental services are super high quality. Makes ski season SO easy! The staff go way above and beyond. Always leave this place with a smile. Prices and deals are also very good!!

I couldn't be happier with my experiences with the ski/snowboard people that are there. I have really struggled with large snowboard boots and new equipment since I had been away from the sport for a few years. I feel like the people there listened to my needs and concerns and helped direct me to the best equipment for me. They have earned my business and future business for me and my family.

Pre-pandemic, I was thinking about buying a bike and got some excellent help at Philbrick's. I didn't end up buying a bike because of finances, but I did get a feel for what size and styles of bikes would work for me. I was never pressured into buying something here, but instead I had a great conversation with the employees and learned a lot about the biking world. Fast forward to May 2020, and I inherited a bike that a family member no longer used. I brought my new-to-me bike to Philbrick's to get a tune up and was very happy with the service I received. The folks at Philbrick's are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Loved this place. I started on their website which was easy to navigate. I called the store and talked to Keaton. Super knowledgeable and friendly. I went to the store and met the owner George. I witnessed the incredible service each of his employees were displaying. Was greeted by at least 5 mask wearing employees and it seemed sincere. George spent a long time answering my questions and showing all the various options. Made the experience a complete joy. Anyone looking to buy a bicycle and learn about biking it is well worth the trip. One of the things I found most helpful was his desire to get me on the right bike for my wants and needs. He asked questions and most importantly LISTENED to my answers. Top Notch!

This shop had a 1-left-in-the-country frame that I arranged to buy online. There were some hiccups with the purchase process(Not their fault), the people were fantastically nice, treated me well, got it shipped out quickly, and dealt with everything wonderfully. The manager cared about what parts I was putting on the frame, and made sure I had though of everything. Wonderful service and wish I could do more business with these people. Super knowledgeable about Surly in specific.

Went in today to have bindings adjusted that they just serviced for me about 2 months ago. I told the guy twice. No problem then at the time of tune and set up. Today they tell me the bindings have expired and I can take a look at the Ski's and binding packages on the wall. Look guys, trying to upsell I understand when it is justifiable. Today was not the time to do so. I was going to purchase a new set of boots from you after our trip this weekend on Monday. I won't be back.
