Terrible online inquiries service. I tried asking for components and parts for a desktop and their prices but never had a reply. I guess they rarely reply to online inquiries not unless you call and if you do call, you would have to call a lot of times for them to pick up. DON'T CONSIDER THIS BRANCH IF YOU WANT TO MAKE ONLINE TRANSACTIONS.

Their technician have tried his best to explain to me the problem with my laptop.

The staff was very accommodating. I've witnessed some clients who think they were all entitled to some exaltation but the staff remained calm, composed and continued to address these clients professionally. Also, the prices for their products are lower compared to SM and other malls. I will definitely visit again.

FIRST and foremost, do not consider having your PC or laptop serviced here if you are in a rush to have it back, or you did not buy the laptop or PC in their store. Either they won't fix it, or have you wait a long time and have you come back 3-4 times just to have them recall that they have to fix it. SECONDLY, if you want to inquire about prices, parts and components of a desktop, DON'T. WHY? they RARELY reply to inquiries done through social media not unless you go there personally and ask. IF you tried to call, you would have to call a couple of time just for them to answer your calls. It is true that staff are very accommodating, when you are in the store, ONLY when you are inside. Online transactions are never smooth nor accommodating. THIRD, for pirces, there a lot of computer shops and reputable ones at that around the city that have lower prices compared to what they offer. MOST components and parts a bit overpriced when compared to other shops plus, staff are also accommodating in these said shops. OVERALL, my experience as a customer in this branch is underwhelming, putrid even. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS BRANCH AT ALL. THIS BRANCH SHOULD BE THE LAST BRANCH YOU GO TO IF YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR EQUIPMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
