I bought a new 195 Sport Fish and I absolutely love my boat. I live in Portland, OR and this boat handles the Columbia river and ocean fisheries excellent! The ride on this 19ft boat is amazing in chop, the fit and finish is 100% and I cant go anywhere without getting a complement on how nice it looks.

While I get a number of good comments on the look of my 2014 275LXF, there have been a number items I'm becoming aware of from a design and reliability perspective that is extremely disappointing. The issues range from premature rusting of SS hardware, poor cockpit and locker drainage to electrical issues. The support from customer service has been less than 5 star recently.
They should share the bad experiences to show the world that they don t stand behind there product I bought a 177 4 months ago and it s been in the shop since with a fuel leak that dealer is not able to fix so they gave my boat back with a leaking fuel tank offered to take in on trade I informed them boat is unsafe with leaking fuel tank they agreed said scout would swap boat out with new one now scout wants to take my boat back to factory and not give me a replacement boat there story changes every time I talk to them I ve had enough tired of beating a dead horse buyer beware

we bought a 2017 scout 300lxf, absolutely gorgeous boat, one of the prettiest on the water but the ride was very odd. She rode great on calm water and small chop but she wanted to roll really bad on big seas and boat traffic. Dry ride in bow but it will soak you from the console back. We had a ton of small warranty items that needed taken care of and several issues straight out of the factory that should have been seen before it left the factory. If you want pretty this is your boat, if you want ride this is not your boat. We should have bought the Everglades to start out with, very disappointed in the boat now we cant wait for our new boat.
LOVE Scout Boats. We've had the pleasure of shooting multiple virtual tours of Scout Boats and can't describe how impressed we are with the quality of craftsmanship and overall design of each and every model. We've even been fortunate enough to get to ride a Scout Boat out on a Discovery Channel show about our underwater virtual tour work. Terrible customer service boat for June delivery now its not coming until mid August.Was suppose to have boat for summer in northeast now that's not possible missed summer
