I recently purchased some car accessories from scosche.com and I am very happy with my purchase. The products I received were of great quality and they were exactly what I was looking for. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was quick and simple. I would definitely buy from them again in the future.
I bought one of their wireless chargers through Amazon, the thing is just junk. It charges slower than other wireless chargers, costs more, and after touting the benefits of the speed of wireless charging, they let me know that wired charging is always faster. I returned it to them, had to pay to send it to them, they are now keeping the product and refusing to give me the money back.
The charger was such a piece of junk, if I had a single app, like navigation running on the phone, with the screen off, sitting in the charger, my phone would lose charge. They should call it a wireless DIScharger. I replaced their wireless charger with another brand that holds better, and charges faster, and now, lo and behold, my phone actually charges in the charger, imagine that.
They have my money and dont want to give it back, they want me to accept another one of their products. HA.
Now I am going to have to fight with them to get my money, and will most likely have to file a BBB complaint as well.
Purchased HR monitor from clearance shelf at Wal Mart that didn't work. Of course Wal Mart happily offered to give a full refund. However, I called the 800 number for Scosche, and they quickly sent me out one. It works beautifully. This is now my brand. Won't consider anything else. Great customer service!! OK, I never thought I would get a response from a company I checked into on line... I get the set for holding my smart phone and my son snapped off the vent clips.. I looked all over for replacements but decided to contact the company to see where I could pick them up... They mailed me some! Very Very amazing customer service...
I HIGHLY suggest the smart phone holders they are a great product and work well, they have all the things I would have put in one if I designed it for me. I cannot say how grateful I am to have a hands free display now that does not block my vision and works with my giant phone (BLU Studio 6.0)
