I am a patient of Dr. Tenaglia. I love his care and his office staff care. They truely care about heir patients. They have seen me a few time same day as I called in. I would recommend these providers to everyone.
I would not recommend this practice secondary to the poor communication and terrible billing department. I received care from this office and then shortly after I moved across the country. I made sure to notify the office of my address change, but never received a bill. A month or two after my move I attempted to call the office in order to determine if they received my address change since I had not received any sort of bill, and again was put through to leave a message. Eventually I gave up leaving messages with my updated contact information and figured if they wanted to send me a bill then they had all the information to do so. Then about 6 months after my multiple messages I receive an automated message from their billing department to call them. I call the billing department and again, am put through to leave a voicemail. I stated in my messages that I would be more than willing to pay my bill if someone would just contact me with the amount. I even attempted to sign up on their online portal and received no communication there either. Now I have just received a statement from a collections agency for my services at Scottsdale Cardiovascular Center with additional fees! I called the office and FINALLY spoke with someone in the billing department who rudely informed me that I would just have to deal
with the collections agency. She told me three statements had been mailed to me, but would not inform me of where they were mailed. She would give me absolutely no information as to why my multiple attempts to pay a bill I never received were not followed through with. So now I am left to pay my bill through a collections agency with additional fees. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!
I tried to contact your office after my visit with Dr Bennenson , the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and could not get through the operator to give a message to the nurse, I called a dozen times,very unhappy. Operator name Dianne
For over 15 yrs Dr Oswood has been my physician. He has never let me down. He is methodical and concise in everything. The staff has been terrific.in referring to other medical treatments I have never been anything but confident in Oswood's decisions.Im a nurse so I know how things should fall into place.
I see Dr. Alan Tenaglia at Scottsdale Cardiovascular Center and he has been fantastic. He does an excellent job of explaining to me the best courses of action in getting better, and is a very compassionate man who seems to care about his patients. The whole office staff is awesome as well - they respond quickly to emails and are always very knowledgeable. I wish more doctor offices ran like Scottsdale Cardiovascular Center!
Dr. Tenaglia's team has taken care of my healthcare for a long time. Their team is simply outstanding: competent, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, polite, and helpful, with excellent follow-through. Thank you for setting the bar so high for healthcare. I, too, wish other medical providers would follow suit.
