I would not recommend this practice secondary to the poor communication and terrible billing department. I received care from this office and then shortly after I moved across the country. I made sure to notify the office of my address change, but never received a bill. A month or two after my move I attempted to call the office in order to determine if they received my address change since I had not received any sort of bill, and again was put through to leave a message. Eventually I gave up leaving messages with my updated contact information and figured if they wanted to send me a bill then they had all the information to do so. Then about 6 months after my multiple messages I receive an automated message from their billing department to call them. I call the billing department and again, am put through to leave a voicemail. I stated in my messages that I would be more than willing to pay my bill if someone would just contact me with the amount. I even attempted to sign up on their online portal and received no communication there either. Now I have just received a statement from a collections agency for my services at Scottsdale Cardiovascular Center with additional fees! I called the office and FINALLY spoke with someone in the billing department who rudely informed me that I would just have to deal
with the collections agency. She told me three statements had been mailed to me, but would not inform me of where they were mailed. She would give me absolutely no information as to why my multiple attempts to pay a bill I never received were not followed through with. So now I am left to pay my bill through a collections agency with additional fees. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!
