Unbelievable crowds after concert. Couldn't move. Just stuck. The seats could stand to be a little wider. I kept hitting the arm rests when I sat down. Curtain noise continually throughout the concert as people entered and left the seating area.

Not a bad seat in the arena. From the cheap seats, well not really cheap, but upper deck, we could see the action and see the puck. Ate at a nearby restaurant/ sports bar and shuttled over to the arena... free parking and less traffic.

Blues are an awesome team! The suites are very roomy & the food is very good. Everyone is very friendly. I would recommend everyone to go to a Blues game. They will thoroughly enjoy themselves. Food is a little pricey so take your wallet with money.

The staff was very helpful and we got into our seats very quickly without much frustration. I normally do not go to many concerts as very nice that we got that help. The building itself was clean and the bathrooms surprise me because of their cleanliness. Is was very comfortable and an enjoyable experience overall.

My favorite place to watch hockey. I love Blues fans and I love watching the blues play. I went to the Calgary @ Blues game where we got our rear ends handed to us,but I enjoyed my time nonetheless. I went our for a beer while I was wearing my Blues onesie and I had a group of people come up to me and ask me about it and take a group photo with my but flap. Thank you to those pleasant people, I would love to see it sometime somewhere.

Beer prices are way too much.

Saw concert, really enjoyed that but people seemed to get confused in this building, caused a human body jam where we crammed between large crowds of people. Closturphobic so that was not pleasant. Even waited for crowd to die down but still ended up crammed together.

I finished the 2019 NHL StanleyCup Final film here, and I have a deep feeling here. The St. Louis Blues won the game. I also witnessed the half-century victory with the blues team on the ice of TD Garden in Boston!

Biggest. Disaster. Ever. Absolutely zero organization while accepting patrons entry for concerts. I recent attended the Lady Gaga Concert on 16 November 2017. Literally stood outside after the doors opened "@6" until 8pm. Once I FINALLY made it inside, I was literally charged $5.50 for a bottle of water THEN WAS SERVED TAP WATER FROM THE SODA FOUNTAIN in a plastic cup. In review: menu said bottle water, served tap water from unclean soda tap that tasted like mold & lemon. Wow. Bathrooms were an absolute disaster. Garbage all over the floor in the bathroom & in the stalls. Disgusting sinks. No toilet tissue or paper towels. A total train wreck. The arena where the concert took place was filthy. The seats were crammed so tightly together that I could not sit comfortable the entire concert, nor was standing any better. Patrons were crammed in like sardines. What a joke. Venue in DESPERATE need of reorganization when filing in patrons, severe need of increased security & cleaning staff. Snack areas should be stocked to meet needs of patrons.

They're really strict about masks here. Had an employee harass us in between sips of beer and told us to put our masks back on. You must have one fry at a time, put your mask on and chew. Pretty unrealistic and annoying. Won't be back until restrictions are lifted.

Lot of fun to watch a Blues game here. They are doing a great job of managing getting people in and out while there are upgrades to the facility going on. Staff is always helpful. I'd you've never seen a Blues game here or if you are bringing small kids I would strongly advise bringing earplugs as it get really really loud.

Ok so please bear with me, a bit lengthy but needs to be said as well as read. First I've been a die hard Blues fan since the late 80s. Last night I got to experience the thrill of seeing my son, daughter, and especially my wife, watch their first Hockey Game live. I was a bit worried when my son said he had bought tickets for us all to go, because of the COVID restrictions. My wife is unable to tolerate wearing a mask due to an incident and trauma she suffered in her youth (I won't go into detail), So I was worried she would not be able to attend. I called ahead of time and spoke with Ryan (I believe in guest services) who was very kind and let me explain the situation and her reason for being unable to wear a mask (but can tolerate a face shield). He was unsure if they could accommodate but would find out for me and call me back, and tbh I didnt think I would get a call back. Within 2hrs Ryan not only called me back, he also informed me that he had spoken with the proper officials/Managers and she was approved to wear the shield based on her complication. I was very happy but still skeptical of her ability to enter. Ryan informed me that he needed her name and would let the staff know it had been cleared and not to worry (Staff to know 1 person out of 3 or 4 thousand attending....ok again I'm worried) We arrive and as we enter into the gates a young man approached us ( I never got his name) explaining she would have to still wear a mask. (Now I thought here we go...) I explained that I had spoke with someone who had it cleared, and he immediately said "Your name Ma'am", which she gave him her name. He smiled really big and said "OK, thank you, we've been waiting for you and have been advised of your situation, you have been cleared to only wear the shield. Please enjoy the game and thank you for attending tonight". My jaw dropped (as well as did hers). I was stunned, they had taken care of it. So now we found our section and began to enter the tunnel and we're met by an older gentleman (Security staff) who explained she couldn't enter without a mask on AS WELL. Great I thought they told the door staff but no one else. I explained again the situation. He noted and said ok. We were shown are seats and waited for the game to start. About 10 mins later the older gentleman walked up to us and said "umm excuse me, Ma'am. May I speak with you". I watched the color drain from her face as well as I'm sure mine did too. Yes we both said. He looked at us then bowed his head (and I'm now thinking here it comes she's gonna get booted out), I'm so sorry for early I apologize, I had not been told about anyone being allowed, what is your name? She told him. He smiled and said, I'm sorry for not believing you, but I did check, they gave me the name, and that name is correct. Please accept my apology and if you have ANY problem tonight you either come find me, or tell them to go find Mike. I will deal with it personally and you won't be bothered. To say I was stunned was an understatement. Then to add to it all, just before the 2nd and 3rd period intermission, Mike comes back up to us and informed us he was going on break. That if anyone said anything tell them again find Mike and don't get up and until they do, he would handle it. My wife and I were both not only stunned but forever grateful. So to the Management of Enterprise Center and to the Blues Management the staff you have working for you is the best in the business, they are not only the most kindest people but they go out of their way to make every fan safe and well taken care of. To Mike and to Ryan, bless you both and thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Because of this I as well as my family will be die hard Blues fans till were gone.

Great arena. Had issues with my mobile ticket and the reps at the box office were very friendly and patient and printed a ticket for me. Everyone was very helpful. Look forward to attending another event there.

One of the employees (Ruth) was awesome! We shelled out pretty decent money for good WWE seats. We were walking to our seats with our hands full (drinks, merch and a pretzel) and Ruth asked for our tickets. As I was getting our tickets out, someone bumped me and I dropped this pretzel that I had just spent over $10 on. Obviously, I was bummed. Ruth looked at our tickets and took our row and seats and told us to sit down. About 10 min later, she came to where our seats were and brought us a brand new pretzel. It was very thoughtful and it s little things like this that good staff members do that make you feel better about the amount of money you spend at these kind of events. Thank you!

Went to my first STL Blues game. What a great time in a terrific venue. We sat near center ice but pretty high and had a great view. Most of the fans were great with one drunk exception. He didn't ruin it for us and we will definitely go back.

We saw disney on ice here. I love the attached parking. It is super convenient to park and just walk into the area. The event was really enjoyable and we had a great time. Restrooms were relatively clean. The only thing that was negative were the outlandish prices on some of the food and beverage. I know it's an event and things will be more expensive but there was a stand in there selling beers in cans that are usually a few bucks each for $20. Some of the food was on par with other events but a few items were just ridiculous.

We attended Panic at the Disco last night & got separated from my eldest daughter& grandson..two different attendants who work there, directed us to the wrong seats completely on the other side of center. Which was almost behind the stage-Thanks a lot!! Horrible experience!! Won't ever come back. They were absolutely no help in finding my family!!
