Went for a blues game, we had a complete blast here. We were in club seating which was perfect to see the game, staff was helpful and they seemed to manage the crowd really well so you weren't waiting in line almost ever. I knocked one star for seat pricing, it's not cheap to go at all.

I LOVE MY BLUES HOCKEY AND ALL YHE FANS! However, there are many improvements to be made to the Scottrade Center in my opinion.

I went to the Blues Hoodie night on 12-12-17, my third game at Scottrade this year, and I was excited all day to get a hoodie and watch my Blues play in person because I LOVE HOCKEY! Upon getting there we got stuck in traffic for more than half an hour, and getting more excited as we approached the door to get a hoodie and watch out favorite sports team.

We had nothing but DISAPPOINTMENT, out of hoodies and a couple of rude workers.

Walking around and watching the people around us, we noticed that many people had hoodies upon hoodies, yet they were a couple resulting in only 2 hoodies.

I feel that the workers were not paying attention and allowing anyone to take what they wanted by going up more than once.

Why not do it like the STL CARDINALS?

Why not have a night that is for the adults and they ALL GET A HOODIE, because Scottrade actually ordered enough for ALL of their seats for a change, and children that are too small DO NOT GET A HOODIE!

Imagine this, then you could have a Children's Night and give out hoodie that fit them by ordering enough for EVERY seat in the center. Adults get NOTHING!!!

This to me is just COMMON SENSE! There were children walking around with hoodies almost dragging the floor, and ADULTS with more than they were supposed to get.

All leftover hoodies could then be sold or donated to less fortunate families and children. How many smiles would it bring to peoples faces to have a Blues Hockey Player deliver a hoodie and an autographed hockey puck to their home? That would make many underpriveledged families lifetime complete. Not to mention it's publicity.

Don't have a person to solve this for you....I will in a blink of an eye when you hire me.

Another issue that really irks me, you only involve the upper half of the Center during a game. Everyone there is a fan of hockey, use the whole crowd! Throw towels in the 100 sections and all the way to the top! DO NOT LEAVE FANS OUT, THEY ARE THERE TO SUPPORT THE SAME TEAM AS YOU!

Do more prizes for the seats, and simple things! Make it a once in a lifetime visit, every visit. Go all out and reward your fans. REMEMBER, IF IT WASN'T FOR THE FANS YOU WOULDN'T BE WORKING THERE.

The prices are OUTRAGEOUS for any family with both partners working or not.

I LOVE MY STL BLUES AND THE SCOTTRADE CENTER, I would just like to see these things fixed.

Please consider my thoughts and contact me if you need any more help.

LET'S GO BLUES!

It's a modern arena with the amenities one would expect. There is a lot of parking available and it is easy to access from the nearby interstates. I've seen a concert and a hockey game here and the sightlines were very good.

Food and drinks of course are expensive. There really isn't any eating establishments or bars terribly close. Parking is 20 dollars. Medium price seats are still pretty close together with little leg room. Stairs can be tricky. Not a bad seat in the house for basketball game. Located in a safe neighborhood

Went for a concert. The venue was about average. Prices of drinks were a bit steep in comparison to simile experiences. Staff wasn't very friendly or helpful.

The parking garage was so disorganized and unsafe especially while attendants were not doing their job. Didn't know phone calls were acceptable while directing traffic.

My knee is still hurting a week after the show from being cramped into seats with no leg room. There was no break so couldn't stretch it.
Other than that, felt safe. BEAUTIFUL facilities.

Ok, so first things first, Scottrade and it's staff and policies were 10 times better. Sure, the inside looks better. Sure, there's a few more concourse options. But the policy changes are completely stupid. The staff is down right rude, and I'm pretty sure these are the same folks that were there before, so who knows. At the end of the day, avoid this place until Enterprise gets it's nonsense in order.
