It was really nice. The Jamison Room was also really nice including the staff.
They implemented an x-ray machine at security check points but didn't identify which lane to use, the X-ray is for diaper bags. My wife and I went through not knowing about the X-ray and they sent my wife to the back of another line to go through the X-ray machine with the diaper bag. Should have been marked clearly at the doors/outside. Spoke to a "mgr" about it and he said they were new machines and that she would need to go to the back and sorry. Sorry doesn't cut it. Do your jobs right the first time.
Love going to events here!! Food & beverage's are pricey....
Worked to enforce 6 ft distancing. Saw staff wiping down railings and enforce masks.
Fleetwood Mac did awesome! Enterprise Center staff were very friendly.
Went to a game here and it was really neat. We had all inclusive seats which meant we also got to enjoy some food before the game and during breaktime. It was a super neat experience and I m glad I did it!
It was a joy I got to see my grandson Hawk with the Harlem Globetrotters I was able to take his cousins and we all had a wonderful time they are always so friendly and kind I love those Harlem Globetrotters
Love the new upgrades! The Club Level changes that replaced the old open area are amazing. They really made all the right moves to earn the 2020 NHL All Star Game. The new American Eagle Credit Union Terrace seats are an amazing deal! Great view, comfortable seats with more leg room, and included food and drinks are going to make it difficult to ever want to sit anywhere else when attending a Blues game! Whether you have standard event food included with your seat or not, there is an amazing array of specialty food and drink options all around the concourse. Let's go Blues!
Tonight was my Very First time going to see a St Louis BLUES Hockey Game...
The Enterprise Center was really Spectacular...
I had the BEST time ever going to my First Hockey Game...
Was my first timd here as an out of towner. Great atmosphere. Love the game. Everyone was super nice and passionate about their team and sport
SEC championship first round games. Good time, great venue. Love the improvements with the scoreboard and seating!
IT'S NICE, FOOD'S GOOD BUT EXPENSIVE, BUT WHATEVER. ELEVEN WINS IN A ROW!!!!!
Really nice place!! We enjoyed our seats and the game!!
I was skeptical about getting tickets in the 400 level suites but I was pleasantly surprised! Not only do you have access to order bulk room service but you got your own private bathroom, coat room, sink, and mini fridge!
Mind you the room service is for bulk orders meaning a bottle of wine, a six pack, 1/2 a dozen hot dogs or brats, an order of nachos or pop corn to feed a large family! These items aren t cheap but it beats waiting in line at the concessions stands! Although the service fee is pretty hefty & that doesn t include tip!
It s a great view of the stage too!
Been here a couple of times to watch Blues games. Really fun place. The layout of the place is not too difficult to understand too.
I went here for Winter Jam! Nice, clean facilities.
best.night.ever. Went for a P!ATD concert and it was great!!
Had an awesome time attending a concert at this venue!
can't believe they still put seating in that does not allow room for taller people and I'm only six four and my knees were plastered up against the back of the chair in front of me also our chairs were on the Curve part and they were narrow as well .
Home of the St. Louis Blues. Outstanding concert venue.
Bob Segar was there and everyone was so helpful. My first time and they made me feel right at home
Shut down the escalator and could have just climbed up them. No they make you walk to the other side. Need to spend a little money on the place instead of the players.
the only thing I have a problem with about this place is very steep sits and stares but I have any glaring problems so it might just be me
Had paper tickets, was removed from line until I could provide a digital ticket, manager stepped in and explained to the usher it was okay, usher refused entry until we could provide the digital copy. Would not recommend for events.
Seats are small and I am not. Not a lot of legroom on 3rd level and steep stairs. Saw a person fall on them. I would pay more for them to remove some seats and make them wider so I could actually enjoy an event that I already paid too much for.
We were at a Christian concert, so it was a dry event meaning there was no alcohol being sold. The vending stations all ran out of bottled after the first intermission, they were terribly understaffed so there were only two people manning registers at a station where there were 10 registers available, the lines were excessively long because of the understaffing problem.
It is a very entertaining place when there is a blues game especially on the big screen
The Scottrade Center is a good arena to experience a live event. The seating is tight, but the overall venue is above par.
Go Blues! Great stadium with the same over priced food. But an outstanding environment and seating set up.
Nice facility! Seating is tight if your large w very little leg room in the nose bleed section, actually anywhere except the floor! But for concerts and games make sure you get a front row seat no matter which section your in
Its ok Id like it more if it wasn't the home of the blues
Went to a concert there. I've been to other venues that weren't prepared to deal with a full house, but the Enterprise center was nice and easily navigatable.
Nice arena, watched the Leafs take on the Blues here. Sadley, the Leafs lost 4-0, but still had a fun time visiting St. Louis.
Ok I guess I just worked there . Lots work for lil pay I'll say.
Dont sit too high up at a concert or the lighting and other props will block your view
Went there for the PBR. Great place. Always have fun.
Anyone rating this building 4 or 5 stars had clearly never been to another NHL arena. We arrived 40 minutes ahead of puck drop, and barely made it to our seats in time because they didn't have enough staff on metal detectors (remove my watch? You're not the TSA), and the one functioning escalator was barely able to do it's job, causing massive lines everywhere.
The concourse looks like a swimming pool built in the 60's, and the only things to do are go pee or buy some terrible beer.
Game atmosphere was great though, blues fans are some of the best.
Confiscated my unopened bags of snacks so I would have to purchase morbidly overpriced snacks if i wanted to eat during the game. I appreciate other venues in town which allow patrons to bring in snacks.
They need to be more handicap friendly. Handicap doesn't alway mean you are in a wheelchair. Garage is always full or pass only. Getting dropped off by the door is out of the question. They need to help us handicapped Blues fans better!!!!
We love this place for concerts and hockey games! We don't care how many times they change the name. Twenty one Pilots, Panic at the disco. Blues hockey!
Love the renovated stadium. And I love when the blues score!
Great staff. I went there to see Twenty One Pilots and the staff was nice and understanding and even offered us water in the front row. Great experience.
We love the location and events that are held here(LGB!). 4 stars just for cleanliness and over price of food and drinks. The price of the drinks are outrageous. I understand that they don't want people getting out of control but a tall boy should not be that much. I want to enjoy a few drinks, tip, and also have money left over for merchandise. I think it can be challenging to keep such a large place clean with everyone walking around. The SECURITY here made me feel very safe and relaxed to be there. It was a but of a shock initially walking into the upgrade. You have to walk through a metal detector and get your purse or bag searched. It's almost like going through airport security on a smaller scale. I'm glad that they made this change to ensure everyone's safety! Also very friendly staff always. Love it here. Its like a little piece of home since we go so much!
