Bunch of middle-aged scammers working at this location in the Kierland Commons. The guys who work there are nothing more than a bunch of no value-added, dishonest salesmen. I feel strongly that they poorly represent the TD Ameritrade brand. I had a very bad experience with these scammers. These men are not "consultants", advisers, or whatever you want to call them. They could care less about helping you; their focus is on their commission checks. Don't be fooled by their fake smiles and false promises. They LIE and don't keep their word. Word of advice: if you have any investable assets and are in need outside help, you should interview with several advisers BEFORE committing to one. It's also a good idea to look into FEE-ONLY advisers, not the commission-based advisers at this location. Don't just accept whatever random "consultant" that TD Ameritrade assigns you. It's YOUR money, and therefore you hold all the cards!

TD is the worst bank you can choose. They will leave you without access to your own funds and not own their errors. Every time you call customer service it's a 30 minute wait and you can never trust the reps to do their job right. Every time you call someone will tell you something different and nothing they say is accurate and can be trusted. Absolute worst banking experience I've ever had in my life. I'd rather open an account with Bank of American than go back to TD. Thanks TD for leaving me without my funds for thanksgiving, overnighting me a cancelled card to the wrong address and letting me know there was nothing you can do.

These people "talk down" to customers. Thinkorswim was Great until tdameritrade bought them. I have had many brokers. I spent more than eight thousand dollars in commissions at TD this year. changing brokers in January. They mess things up.

Called and the guy on the phone was condescending. I don t feel comfortable talking to them about my money or asking for advice. I feel like money is a personal subject and when someone is jerk to you when you re asking simple questions is just a big red flag. No thanks.

I cannot say enough good things about this branch office. My brother and I went in there about 2 weeks ago to settle the stock funds of our father who passed away. We could not have been treated better by Peter Mueller, the Financial Consultant that worked with us. It took awhile to get it done, but, it was ALL done in one visit. Our money showed up about 2 weeks later. No one tried to sell us anything, they were simply very respectful and helpful. Also! Nice wine bar right next door!
