This motel is real cute, the rooms are very nice updated & clean! It was a quiet comfortable stay with good inexpensive rates! I hope it stays likes this!

I was in line and I heard how much the price was. A older woman took over while I was in line at the desk when it was my turn to check in.She charged me 15 more dollars then the person that was in front of me. I guess someone made a call to spike the numbers up and sent her in or she made that call.

The room was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

Very affordable and they stand by their rates as seen on-line. The rooms are new and very clean. The rooms are big and The bed was so comfortable....i slept like a baby!!! Once 11:00 came to check out I wasn't rushed by housekeeping. I will definitely stay there AGAIN.

Staff stole my husband's phone. Even after that we have still come back. We have been coming here weekly for almost 2 months and the staff and owner we're ridiculously rude to us! Our hair dryer didn't work on Saturday so we asked for another one. That's wasn't a problem but the maids took the dryer out of the room. So on Monday night I couldn't use the blow dryer. Trying to be helpful I took the blow dryer off the wall and brought it to the front desk. This dryer doesn't work and they accused us of stealing the working blow dryer! We did NOT take it! I talked to the manager/owner who was being EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude and explained what happened or tried to. Her and the employee interrupted me SEVERAL times and we're VERY rude! 10/15 minutes later they found the hair dryer and didn't even offer an apology!

Noisy neighbors, when I call the reception they just do nothing, I have to check out one day before.

Don't be fooled by the name, these are definitely not "Suites"! I took a look at the room and tried to leave. Front desk refused to credit my card, called supervisor, said my 22 minute look at the room disqualified me from refund. This nightmare cost me $107. BRWARE!!

Great place. Brand new. Clean rooms. Great price! Nice quite area, they have a nice breakfast setup too.

This property is either new or very recently updated but either way it felt like a new property with a very good rate relative to its quality.

No frills hotel but very clean and easily accessible to various activities in DFW.

The rooms are very clean only thing you have to worry about is the maids knocking on the door at 8:00 a.m. in the morning or just open the door on you while you're sleeping not something I like they should never ever open the door you don't have to check out until a 11 they shouldn't be opening your door and I've stayed here I handful of times and it happens every time and less I'm staying two nights then they don't but 2nd day am checking out time be ready they going open door on you Obviously they need to change their policies because it's wrong

Yes the rooms are nice but be prepared to be woke up early in the morning for a a room inspections early in the morning

Stayed in RM 106. Newly remodeled. New carpet & furniture. Odor free. This is a non-smoking, non-pet, hotel. Vey nice room.

Do not be fooled by the location. The place is kept clean. The housekeepers are great at their job and the office staff are always ready to help. The building is not even 3 years old. Well run establishment.

Booked through hotels.com app but when I arrived for check in, according to the incredibly rude Indian woman at the counter, the reservation was canceled because of loss of power in the area. I ended up having to pay for a room again, which ended up being more expensive than the price I had originally booked it for. When I contacted hotels.com for assistance, to make sure I wasn't going to be double charged, they tried to contact the hotel and was shouted at by the incredibly rude Indian woman at the counter before being told that she was too busy.

The room itself is decent. The room is clean and the bedding was fresh. The coffee pouches weren't restocked and neither were the cups, but that's not the biggest deal.

All in all, if I didn't need a room for the night (I work at a Pharmacy and with the dreadful weather, it's important to get the location opened so that people can still get their medications), I would've simply left after being told to pay for my room again. Other reviews have mentioned the poor staff and their attitudes. I can see why.

Clean and simple. Cold breakfast is a downer. But everything else is good. Inside looks better than outside.

My experience with this hotel was amazing the staff are great they will answer any question you have. Walmart and others really close by and lots of parking! Free WiFi and smart tv was great! Smells and looks brand new! I had a great experience and can t wait to be in town again!

Can hear traffic clear as a bell.
Beds were uncomfortable.
Continental breakfast was a joke. Box of cereal and no milk.

They have corporate class internet and Ethernet lan. Great staff. They helped me with every question I had.
So quite. I mean you can step outside and relieve some stress. Very modern look. With a Spanish looking exterior.
Would highly recommend for my company. Will return soon.

Took an hour to check in at the front desk, Internet isn't up to par ( it lags and hard to stay connected) Roku for television is a plus but too many steps to get it to work and plus internet is a pain. Hotel is clean and cozy. Just wish I had a better experience. :)

Visiting some friends and family in the Dallas area and decided to stay here. The price was right and the photos impressed me. Check-in was a breeze; Ben (I think he was the manager) was extremely helpful and made sure I had a great stay. The room was actually much bigger than I expected, and the bed was pretty comfortable. Super clean and the towels were soft. Other reviews complain about the location. Sure, you have to drive a little bit, but the price of the hotel is seriously worth the drive.

Very clean rooms. Obviously newly decorated and remodeled. Next to the highway so a tad loud but good place to stop.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is the worst place ive ever stayed. The staff and management are very rude. The rooms are nasty and the linens smell like urine. I was promised a refund here and still haven't gotten it. The breakfast is a joke. its difenetely not worth the price. the worst place to stay in dallas.

The room look as if they did an upgrade, was some what clean, found spider in the tub, and did not like the toilet seat which was so old the color had been wipe off. And shower pressure was very slow.

It's just sad, disappointing and some what infuriating that this place will gouge prices and rip you off charging $120 a night, and you have to check out at 11am, only because the demand is high right now with the bad weather just wow but "what you sow you shall reap". The Indian lady in the front desk is very rude she needs to be fired. Whoever is the owner of this place i hope you read this.

I STAYED HERE AND ME AND MY FAMILY ENJOYED IT. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY MADE SURE TO ANSWER ANY OF OUR QUESTIONS AND THE ROOMS WERE NICE. OVERALL STAY WAS GREAT

The rooms are alot bigger then i expected and they are very nice inside. The price isn't to expensive $80 a day but i think they should be around 50 or 60.

The room was not clean. There was hair on the bed. The couch had beer bottles stuffed inside. The towels were very dingy (yellow). Rude Indian lady at front desk.

Stay very far away from this Hotel. I booked a night here And one of the front desk staff opened my door while I was getting dressed. I thought this was ludacrious because I had clearly checked into this hotel and they should of respected that. They didn't offer any courtesy for what they did and the general manager did not want to give me a refund even as I left and didn't spend the night. They are highly unprofessional and have no common sense. In addition, the door to that room did not lock. Stay far away friends

So when the lights went out in Dallas every hotel was booked near by, I ended up here with almost 15 ppl behind me trying to book a room. The charged $110 for a king size bed room. That's all they had left so I desperately took it. The room was nice and clean, also comfortable, I would get a room there the next time I need it.

Nice big room me and my family didn't feel crowded, internet was high-speed, front desk was cool ,specially wen I went said my card was charged double the manager got on it asap

I stayed here two nights and I loved how neat nice and new the rooms are so much that I choose to extend my stay here. They are pretty straight up with no one checking in before three but during my stay it seemed that the reason for that is that they are really giving the rooms a good scrub down everyday. Great location and great service I would recommend to anyone.

Poor service rooms look nice in the picture but not appealing when you go to check in. Maids be leaving food behind the night stands found few roaches and small empty bag of drugs.

The toilet wouldn't flush and the ower/manager refused to come in and fix the problem. He told us, "I don't fix toliets" dropped plunger off and kept going.

The hotel and the staff were great. They're slightly overpriced... however everything was good!
