Booked through hotels.com app but when I arrived for check in, according to the incredibly rude Indian woman at the counter, the reservation was canceled because of loss of power in the area. I ended up having to pay for a room again, which ended up being more expensive than the price I had originally booked it for. When I contacted hotels.com for assistance, to make sure I wasn't going to be double charged, they tried to contact the hotel and was shouted at by the incredibly rude Indian woman at the counter before being told that she was too busy.
The room itself is decent. The room is clean and the bedding was fresh. The coffee pouches weren't restocked and neither were the cups, but that's not the biggest deal.
All in all, if I didn't need a room for the night (I work at a Pharmacy and with the dreadful weather, it's important to get the location opened so that people can still get their medications), I would've simply left after being told to pay for my room again. Other reviews have mentioned the poor staff and their attitudes. I can see why.
