Little price but fabulous food and great atmosphere.
This is on one of my favourite restaurants in London If you go on your own try not to be seated out of sight behind the till, that ruins the whole experience. Otherwise, if you get a good table, it is fabulous.
It's best to spend sone time working your way through three courses with some wine and enjoying a way of life that is not so easy to come by these days.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys fabulous style and great food
Long-established restaurant in London. Of course the taste is satisfactory. Friendly service.
Delicious fish and great ambience. Classic West End restaurant.
Always a good experience. This is how service should be.
Fantastic seafood, attentive service, a firm favourite for a number of people I know
One of my favourites, attentive service, delicious food and wine all within a beautiful setting.
I was make a booking when I arrived I am wondering that the table it is ready and I have be waiting more than 30 min and this not a way how to deal with customer, they must for any reservation they may comett because we have a schedule meeting and they reduced the injumant in the dinner I hope this massage bass to the management
Amazing seafood, excellent service. Unbelievably expensive.
Absolutely delicious food and great cocktails. Our barmaid Kasia was fantastic ,she pays attention to how to make amazing cocktails and very attentive service. The food is high quality and top notch as expected from Scott's, all of the staff were nice and friendly.
Scott's was bustling and vibrant at lunch time even at 1430. They had hand sanitisers, a thermal imaging scanner at the entrance and a lovely scented lemon hand sanitiser spray on the tables. Seafood was excellent. The Monkfish Masala was mildly flavoured and cooked well. Don't expect a burst of vibrant Indian spices and you won't be disappointed. Although Scott's is a seafood restaurant, the Aylesbury rump of lamb was excellent, succulent and highly recommended.
I dined here in about 2001, before the days of google reviews. I recalled last night over a magnum of Chablis with friends how this was the first place I ever tried oysters, so figured never too late.
The food and service were both top notch.
Very pleasant ambience. Not stuffy, very attentive yet unobtrusive waiters. Food was very nice (champagne and fish platter) and even saw Noel Gallagher dining opposite. So to borrow an oasisim 'mad for it' is how I would describe this place. Very good indeed.
Excellent staff food and decor. Always a great dining experience.
High end
Nice food
Slow annoying service
Indoor stinks of fish smell
Fabulous, just fabulous. Service is amazing, one is almost complegely unaware of the constant attentiveness, which is the mark of a world class restaurant. The food is superb. The ambience is just right. But the WELCOME! That is in a class of its own, from the Eagle eyed doorman to the GM..I can't wait to come back!
Amazing fish they have and quite good place.. love it
Amazing food. Good service. A bit noisy but otherwise good atmosphere. I was treated for my birthday and thoroughly enjoyed it!
Best fish brasserie in town. Expensive but worth every penny.
One of the top places in London always crowded excellent location, very comfortable place, professional staff. Good food to be in London
Excellent fish really good scallops and sole
First class service highly recommended
Lived up to expectations. Excellent service and marvellous food. A must for any great food lover.
Awful restaurant, the entire restaurant stank of a foul uncooked fish smell, I know it s a fish restaurant but it should be proper ventilation.... fine dining is not suppose to be smelling like a fish market.
Top notch service from the moment I stepped out of my vehicle. I enjoyed a lovely four course meal and was enamored by each and every dish.
The service and food are awful. There are so many much nicer restaurants in London now. I felt like I am in the retirement house with an average canteen food.
Excellent food and service! Scott's is my go to for fine dining experience we always have the best time here.
Lovely food and great ambience. Shame about the sour-faced blonde lady waitress but otherwise, one of our favourite London restaurants.
Still, one of the very best places for atmosphere, service and most importantly, food.
Fabulous meal as always. Well thought out & implemented Covid safety measures, including glass screens & scented sanitiser atomisers on every table. All staff wearing masks (which are also available for guests who may have forgotten to bring one, as they are required when moving around the restaurant).
Great eatery and top service but little on tge pricey side!
Hey, look, don't beat me up for the missing 5th star. This *is* a great restaurant. However, here's how it goes (always!): you come in, sit down, look at the menu and then order the Dover sole. Because you should. And, yes, it is bloody excellent! I'd recommend a Mersault with it.
As a non fish lover eating with fish lovers I found a few good dishes to choose from still. Very enjoyable and delicious all round
What happened to Scott's?? Used to be my fav seafood restaurant in London. Food and service dropped shockingly, my fav dishes all taste worse now! I went in late afternoon this time but shouldn't be an excuse. The most unforgivable mistake was the raspberry ice cream tasted of Oyster. The whole table almost threw out immediately and the waiter replaced it with no oyster taste but insisted the previous was fine. I start to wonder if they put oysters above the... I can't think any further... please please improve!!!! I don't want to see Scott's like this
We had the private dining room downstairs and it is so beautiful,a real experience. Also the service was first class... Attentive and communicative, nothing was too much trouble for the team who looked after us like royalty from the moment I stepped out of my cab outside. The food was nice, but slightly less exceptional than I expected, therefore I gave it 4 not 5
How the mighty have fallen , 3 bartenders , 12 customers . still can't get a drink . Manager more interested in how they look and there phones than taking care of business . Try Corrigans . Much better .
Had some lobster and bollinger here, food and drink was good. Place looks nice. Bit overpriced . Menu is a bit dull would have expected some wild audacious seafood platter. Service was polite. Don't know exactly who they are keeping the tables outside for bit confusing how they're always reserved.
Not been here but been told food is excellent and my clients always go
Amazing ! Very attentive staff . Definitely would return
They just know how to do it. Slick, slick, slick, the staff and kitchen make the whole thing seem effortless. The restaurant purrs with the sound of clinking glasses, cutlery and chatting. The food is tasty, simple and the servings are generous. Arrive hungry, get dressed up and get drunk. Loved it.
Excellent choice of food. Fantastic service. Thoroughly recommended
A great, established fish restaurant with good service
Top notch food, very good service, and reasonably priced. Throw in a celebrity or two, and you have a proper event.
What a place. Great food. Great ambiance. The Almond dessert is just a must have. The French oysters were well done.
One of the best seafood restaurants I have ever been. Staff was extremely polite and helpful.
Losing it's shine, food was only OK, should be great when you are paying $150 PP
This is place is a friend's favourite restaurant so we went with great anticipation of good things. We arrived and were greeted warmly by the doorman, checked in our coats and tried to find the correct entrance to the actual restaurant. The restaurant lacked a maitre'd or if there was one I never saw him and that affected the service, the food and everything that night, the activity lacked an anchor. The service was poor and the food was mediocre; the vegetables reminded me of boarding school rejects that had been reheated several times. I would go on but I'd have to recall a particularly disappointing evening.
Such an institution. Great food, great crowd however quite noisy
Always a special evening at Scott's. The food, the ambience and the service. Will be back. Fiona & Murray
Incredible how many famous people you see seating and eating outside of this place. But the most amazing thing about it is the guy opening the black cab doors and the restautants doors..he looks stunning.
Wonderful meal, patrons nicely spaced out. Counter seats with great bar staff a good pick.
The food in this restaurant is amazing service fast and great
Food is delicious. Staff couldn't be better than this! Amazing place.
Located in the heart of Mayfair, this is one of the best seafood restaurants I have ever been too. I recommend trying a selection of the oysters as a pre-starter.
Great food, great place! Definitely will come back again!
Amazing food! Loved every minute. Waiter was very helpful
The fish restaurant in West London. overpriced wines
It s been a while since I have been eating in there . Last time I did it was above excellent. Service , composition of flavour, size of portion , and how they all just go all together. It is not just to go and eat because you hungry it is to enjoy every single little veg or meat or fruit that is served in front of you . That you so much !
Very goog food the octopus is so tasty try it at fast I will give this restaurant 5/5
Always excellent with service that is exceptional with a hint of British realist class.
