This is a great company with better than average rates. They are always available when you need them. I would highly recommend them to other carriers..

Don't believe Scott logistics he book load with you and after one hour he call you back and say to you load is change for tomorrow and you say to him I am ready tomorrow and after he say you I will let you know in few minutes and he never come back because he cover that load with somebody else that happen with me two times don't believe on Scott logistics

Have been working with Abeed for 2 years now and he's always there when I need him to help out with any problems and keeps my trucks moving constantly. Very fair and hardworking individual. Makes working with Scott Logistics pleasant

They don't change app and the truck is going to be stuck whole day
for pick up and delivery and don't pay detention after they give promises whole time to the driver and communicate with him just until they make sure that he took the load. Pitty brokers and it's not first time to mess with freights. Unprofessionally service. This one star is too much for them...

Crooks is all I can say about this place. When you wont tell the driver what the rate is , there is a problem.

I sent my truck to load up, the broker wanted my truck there by 2 pm the driver was there by that time, he was there from 2pm to 12 midnight, I have been trying to communicate with Nick Michael, and they always say he is not there and bla bla bla, I speak with the people on the phone and what he said,, that the driver needed a detention slick, in my confirmation it never said that I needed to make an appointment call, but I personally went to the shipping place and they said that they needed an appointment for the detention slick,, but thanks to Nick that did not did the appointment now he doesn t wanna face me or pay my detention,, i have sent many email to him and he have not answered, so BAD COMMUNICATION, BAD WORK FROM THEM, THEY DONT PAY DETENTION, ONE OF THE PEOPLE I TALKED WITH TROWED AT MY FACE HE DIDNT KNEW WHAT TO SAY,, First time all of that happen to me, I don t recommend working with Scott logistics,, be really careful if you consider doing a load with them

Terrible brokers! Booked a three stop load to Sam's Clubs. Told them we need a detention agreement because Sam's is terrible. Brokers swears no problem because load is very important to Sam's. Arrive at first stop and told 18 hour wait! Scotts says sorry we do not pay detention. I took the load and put it in dry storage. Suing Scott's customer now for non-payment. Bottom of the barrel. Just keep looking for something else. Scum bags ruining this industry.

broker was Rude, lol 1650 miles 2 Drop run for $2000 Posted as a full load on truck stop. Absurd at best. I swear these people think i'm in the buisness of delivering pizza!

load# 1709569 we were running a few hours late for our delivery because our truck broke down. $500 load, he is charging us $400 for late delivery. Very greedy and dishonest broker. Will never book loads with them again. Thank God most of the brokers are honest.

You have to watch these guys, they will change a rate con on you in a second. Especially with the pepsi loads. I suggest that you go in and read everything no matter how often they send. Because they will easily send you something then send you something else hoping that you will not realize that the e-mails are different. It is a sneaky way of lowering the rate in the hopes that you will not realize what just happened.

This company has always been good to me. I ve never had any problems with the loads and always get top dollar no problem. For those who are in doubt, speak with Haley Phillips. She s on top of her game 24/7 and works hard to keep us truckers satisfied

Have an awful experience with a guy supposedly in the texas office by the name of tucker....... lied to me and another co-worker on loads out of Ft Collins, Co........Be careful when dealing with this office or steer clear altogether......have done other work with the office in Ga...... and had no problem

We are a construction and fabrication company that has job sites all over the United States. Scott Logistics has done an excellent job of handling our LTL and full truckload shipping needs between our shop and our job sites. They are very responsive and give us great service. Pat Dohogne, V. Booked a load with Brad Wilhelm with 2 pu 1 del. He said both pu were FCFS, the driver checked in and was told he is a work in. Broker was advised immediately and said his rep is calling to solve the issue. 4 hrs later he is acting surprised that the truck is still not loaded. Didnt want to pay detention at that shipper and was trying to negotiate the layover rate and the 2nd pu. The said he has to clock out and hung up the phone. The manager Dony Hickman was not of any help as well. They dont care for the drivers waiting.Wasted all day for the driver and me and didnt compensate anything. VERY DISAPPOINTED and will avoid from now on.

My company often uses Scott Logistics and Miranda McGinnis is always so helpful and provides great customer service. Even if she is out of the office, she will find ways to get my questions answered in a timely manner (even on weekends)! Would highly recommend the company and Miranda!

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Got an attitude from the brokers about getting detention on a load. I called one day and heard one holler in the background that he would call me back..never was called back. Had to google a number to get SOMEONE on the phone. Had this matter resolved, but I still have two payments that are over 100 days old that have not been paid and there is no number to contact, they just give you an email and you HOPE someone responds. I've been trying to contact someone for the last 2 months and I keep getting pointed in all directions like nobody knows where the accounting dept is.

My company uses Scott Logistics services regularly and for good reason.
The customer service care provided, constant contact and fair rates.
I definitely recommend Scott Logistics to anyone looking for a shipping company that is consistent with the outstanding service they provide.
