Absolutely HORRIBLE! Got an attitude from the bro...

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Got an attitude from the brokers about getting detention on a load. I called one day and heard one holler in the background that he would call me back..never was called back. Had to google a number to get SOMEONE on the phone. Had this matter resolved, but I still have two payments that are over 100 days old that have not been paid and there is no number to contact, they just give you an email and you HOPE someone responds. I've been trying to contact someone for the last 2 months and I keep getting pointed in all directions like nobody knows where the accounting dept is.
