Booked a load with Brad Wilhelm with 2 pu 1 del. He said both pu were FCFS, the driver checked in and was told he is a work in. Broker was advised immediately and said his rep is calling to solve the issue. 4 hrs later he is acting surprised that the truck is still not loaded. Didnt want to pay detention at that shipper and was trying to negotiate the layover rate and the 2nd pu. The said he has to clock out and hung up the phone. The manager Dony Hickman was not of any help as well. They dont care for the drivers waiting.Wasted all day for the driver and me and didnt compensate anything. VERY DISAPPOINTED and will avoid from now on.
