As soon as the consultant heard the next day that we were interested in only 3 licenses and also asked questions with a foreign accent, she was: "With us, it will cost 400 euros a month and implementation costs 7000 euros. Are you sure you can afford it? I only got half of the answers to my questions.

Unfortunately very bad experience with the customer service and the software. We really invested in the implementation, but unfortunately the software was simply too slow to process. Service was no longer available with the problem ... The bottom line was more story and real software competence. What a shame...
