I would rate them a zero if Google would allow.

This is literally the first review I have ever left, but my experience with this parts company is by far the worst I have ever experienced in my 15 years of business. I called in with a part number to check availability and I was informed it was in stock so I placed the order on the phone right then. I was then called back and told there was a billing issue with my card due to my address. I've been at the same address for 7 years, so I told them it had to be an issue on their end. A week passes and I call to find out where my part is and I was informed it was never shipped because the card wouldn't process..... I then spoke with someone who gave me an alternate part# to purchase online(because the one I needed was not on the website at the time), but was insured they would personally process the order and ship the part I requested.

The part that showed up was the wrong part#. They then told me that I am the one that got confused and ordered the wrong part#. The sheer arrogance to blame me for being incorrect when I am the one that called requesting a part number is beyond me. They then inform me that they do not have the part number I need. I am speechless.

Ordered a set of ARP bolts for a project I am building and after 2 days of the item not being shipped I sent them an email about how fun the review would be and a couple hours later I received an email stating my order had been canceled due to the item being on backorder! Pretty childish but I appreciate it because I found them a lot cheaper on Amazon lol! I even called and the guy was rude on the phone, not really surprised though. So if you're not in a hurry for parts and like to wait an extra few days for shipping (if it even ships) or want to get ripped off this is the store for you to shop at! If I could leave a zero star review I would!

Ordered parts as they showed in stock. Received an email that they didn't have them and they cancelled. Don't list things for sale that you don't have/cannot get.

Thank you Scoggin-Divkey Parts Center for having the part I needed in stock when no other place in Lubbock had it. The worker was kind and very knowledgeable about the parts I needed. Thanks again.

Horrible customer service. After ordering a part and waiting over a week, they all of a sudden send an email saying my order was cancelled. If you need a part in a timely manner, do not order from this place.

Fast service, fedex shipping with tracking. Got my part with in two days in Canada. Thanks

Still waiting to get my receipt for a new longblock crate hemi 392 engine I ordered about a month ago. I can never seem to get ahold of them except one time. He assured me that he was going to send me the receipt and tracking number as soon as we got off the phone but I have yet to receive any sort of email. Now every time I try to call, I always get the answering machine and I leave them a voicemail but never have they once called me back. I have a few questions and zero answers.

This review is for both Scoggin and the parts manufacturer they ordered from. Ordered a procharger bypass valve. Check email and see status as shipped. No tracking number so I give it a little bit. After not hearing anything I called them to check on it. They called the manufacturer and they stated it was sent to be redone and they're waiting for it to come back. No backorder or communication email sent to state this, just the slogan "we're center of the usa and can ship anywhere quickly." I had to call and find out this information. I see you've respond to others saying it's not fair to review you when it's the manufacturers fault. No. You can't be the middle man and get no blame in this situation. That's childish to even use. You're a business, act like one when you reply to reviews and take responsibility since I gave you the money for it.
