This is literally the first review I have ever left, but my experience with this parts company is by far the worst I have ever experienced in my 15 years of business. I called in with a part number to check availability and I was informed it was in stock so I placed the order on the phone right then. I was then called back and told there was a billing issue with my card due to my address. I've been at the same address for 7 years, so I told them it had to be an issue on their end. A week passes and I call to find out where my part is and I was informed it was never shipped because the card wouldn't process..... I then spoke with someone who gave me an alternate part# to purchase online(because the one I needed was not on the website at the time), but was insured they would personally process the order and ship the part I requested.
The part that showed up was the wrong part#. They then told me that I am the one that got confused and ordered the wrong part#. The sheer arrogance to blame me for being incorrect when I am the one that called requesting a part number is beyond me. They then inform me that they do not have the part number I need. I am speechless.
