Still waiting to get my receipt for a new longbloc...

Still waiting to get my receipt for a new longblock crate hemi 392 engine I ordered about a month ago. I can never seem to get ahold of them except one time. He assured me that he was going to send me the receipt and tracking number as soon as we got off the phone but I have yet to receive any sort of email. Now every time I try to call, I always get the answering machine and I leave them a voicemail but never have they once called me back. I have a few questions and zero answers.
