For this company I worked almost 15 years like a Test Technician. I teach a lot of new test service people.I never got promoted .Only people close to bosses, they have got everything. When I said I will retire nobody said something good for me.I left with a sadness and I felt bad that I worked so long hard for them.
My experience with sciton was the worst possible, they don't care about their clients, especially those from other countries! My equipment broke down over a year ago and I can't buy repair parts

I purchased a Joule, Multi-laser Sciton 2014 for 300K. I paid 300K for a new machine. Recently it was broken and a technician from Sciton opened the box of laser. Surprisingly the Capacitor (power generator) was manufactured on 3/04/2008. It was manufactured 6yrs prior to be sold as a machine as of 5/2014. It is not reasonable that 6yrs of capacitor with expired warranty is equipped for the new machine. Clearly I purchased the machine from the company, Sciton where new machines but not refurbished machines were sold.
The laser machine ,Joule 2014, was broken, and nothing worked.
I recall that a hand piece of laser was broken within 2wks from purchase. Also a cap of BBL was cracked spontaneously within 1.5yrs from purchase. Also there was a dent on surface when the laser was brought to my clinic by a salesman (Matthew Gelber, Northern California ) on the first day which was not explained.
Who does expect that such an expensive new laser is so malfunctioning and poorly equipped with 6yr old capacitor.
I purchased the Sciton Laser machine based on the recommendation by the doctors who were top-notched.
I feel that I was deceived with this poor quality of laser!
Sciton is a very rare company. It is committed to excellence, quality, and to their customer's success.
I appreciate all that Sciton has to offer. It s a great reliable, reputable aesthetics company.
Company makes a great product and stands behind it. Great people as well!
Sciton is my worst experience with medical lasers company, ridiculous technical assistance, also the replacement item came as refurbished and cost a piece of sky, never ever again, if anyone interest to buy Joule, I happy to deal with and keep this brand far away from my Office. Be carefull with this brand.
There are laser companies and there are laser companies. This is one company whose products really work and their lasers are built such that they never see obsolescence. Solidly built lasers that last. Their service support is second to none.
