After a tracking glitch of some sort situation. They offered to resend my package. No cost. No hesitation. Even after dealing with my attitude. Would definitely recommend. Stand up people. Proper ethics and morals.

I absolutely love this store! They're helpful, knowledgeable, and well stocked. I purchased a distillation head that fractured the first time we used it under vacuum. Steve (I believe is the gentleman's name) took one look at the piece, and immediately exchanged it for me. He never even implied that the crack was due to mishandling, which is what I've come to expect from so many other vendors. This is why I love being able to buy local!

Fantastic selection, Great staff, was all around shocked that a niche store like this existed and am very glad it does. All in all a great experience for stocking up for any science experiment or just geeking out your house. Simply fun just browsing the isles, but beware, you will find something you cant leave without. Simply fantastic.

The place has a laid back atmosphere, and a little something for everyone - real tools of the trade as well as books and educational material for kids. It's worth your time to stop in. ordered gallium 11 days ago, chose the standard shipping (3-6 days) apparently it was out of stock, but nowhere on the page to actually order the gallium did it say "out of stock" like come on, at least send me an email saying that so i dont have to call wondering why the hell my package is taking so long to be shipped. terrible service. hopefully the wait is worth it

We needed electrodes for a science fair project, we had ordered from a different company and was not shipped on time. Called The Science Company and Steve was very helpful, we received the item the next morning.
Called ahead of time since I live 45 minutes away from this shop they gaurunteed they would hold a milligram scale for me and when I arrived they "misheard" me on the phone.offered no assistance or customer service basically said sorry. Waste of time, waste of gas. Employees don't know much about science, consider getting your items online rather then this place. Google will be a better help than this shop.
I am a science teacher and I have just found my new favorite store! They were very helpful. If you are a teacher (or a parent looking for science supplies) this is the place! Great variety and great customer service.

It's been a while since I shopped here in any real capacity but in years past I've spent enough to finance a small developing countries military budget. I've done so happily since I always got my money's worth by a healthy margin and it always gave me an excuse to visit the guys that run the place and talk about nerdy things nobody else cares about. One of my favorite spots in Denver.

Knowledgeable staff, atleast the older in age the moreso! The younger employees seem to have big attitudes but the crew thats been there forever... couldnt ask for more professional team. I had a problem with a rotary evaporator and I spoke with the owner rollan huber. I offered to pay him whatever expenses for his time and he agreed to help within a week. I emailed him several times and called back to make sure we were ok...left my number and not only did he not submit the paperwork for this item, he also dodged all my correspondence since. NICE WORK ROLLAND, you cost me 1600 on ebay. If you need anything, and need it relaiable, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.
