On August 9, Ziggo instructed partner Allinq (i.s.m. Siers Telecom) to start the installation of a cable. On August 19 I received the confirmation of the assignment. In September I was told that everything would be arranged before 1 October. In the first two weeks of October a total of 7 times called and all times the promise to be called back that an appointment would be scheduled. That didn't happen. There was no call back and no appointment. Eventually, after months of waiting, an appointment was made through a subcontractor. However, the cable has still not been laid. Although there was an appointment scheduled today and we waited 1.5 hours from 7 to half past 8, no one seems to be coming. On the phone it is simply stated 'a team is sick, maybe we will call next week for a new appointment'. There is absolutely no view of internet connection. Meanwhile, no understanding of this situation. So even not showing up is normal for this company. We are being lied to time and time again. It is incomprehensible that these types of companies still exist.

Bad experience with customer service. I've been trying to find a solution for my broken fiber optic cables for several days. But the only thing I got from Allinq was always a promise for 3 days that I would be called back within a few hours. They also 'tried' to connect me to another department where I had to wait 10 times 10 minutes. You will then hear from customer service that they cannot be reached and whether they will leave a call-back note for you. Nothing comes of this either.

Allinq says everything that you will be called back and "try again within an hour". But nothing works and you receive no clarity. Then you get from employee 1 that it is all chaos with them and from employee 2 you are told that someone from the customer service does not know how to transfer.

Eventually after some effort I got the relevant party on the line who indicated that they did not receive any callback requests from Allinq with my number.

All in all very dissatisfied with how both ladies work and you are always left with a dead sparrow and a lot of uncertainty.

I have nothing to report about Allinq's service, as I do not purchase services from them.

I would like to report that Allinq employees do not handle other people's property badly. Today, an Allinq employee pierced the front bumper of my car in a public parking lot with the tow bar of his Allinq commercial vehicle and then left without leaving a message. Bystanders took photos and waited for me, the employee in question could have done the same.

Driving off without leaving a message does not give Allinq a good name in my opinion.
