I had a great experience with The Schulhof property management! They were quick to respond to every message and helpful in trying to find an apartment fitted to my needs.

The process of trying to find an apartment for the next year can be really frustrating. Schulhof was very helpful in that process, and they went above and beyond to make sure all of the questions I may have had about the process of signing for an apartment and about the apartments in general. If I called and left a message, they called back right away. Thank you for everything so far!

I've really enjoyed living in the Ardmore apartments. I love the location, the rent is fair, and the building is clean and quiet. What I would change about my unit would be to get an updated stove and a new paint job.

schullhof properties has a variety of well kept apartments that are very close to the Marquette campus. They are sutible for any group looking for a place to live. Schulhof give great tours and is understanding about group sizes and prices for individuals in a group. They want to make sure everyone's needs are accommodated. Can't wait to move in!

Our experience with Schulhof Property Management was very good. The only problem that my roommates and I ran into was submitting a deposit with checks only. Overall we are very happy with our experience and are excited to live in Maryland Courts!

Schulhof was very courteous when helping my roommates and I find an apartment. They respond quickly and answer any kinds of questions you may have. I would recommend giving them a call if you need housing on or off campus.

I had the absolute worst experience I've ever had renting through this company. The lady that answers the phone is extremely rude and not at all helpful. It takes them forever to fix anything and every time you call they have a different excuse for why it isn't fixed yet. At one point my bathtub wasn't draining at all and when I called for the fourth time to have it fixed I was told that it wasn't important enough and that I should just use it and wash my feet after. They also lost my rent check twice but blamed it on me. I had two people yelling at me on the phone when I called to let them know my concerns about them losing that much money. They told me that I was probably just an unorganized young person that forgot to turn the check in and was now blaming it on them even though I had never missed a month or turned a check in late previously. They even threatened to evict me even though they didn't let me know the check was missing for almost 3 weeks. I've never been treated by any business like I was by the people at Schulhof Properties. Do not rent from them unless you want to have endless headaches. I'm not sure sure how you can stay in business when you can't even keep track of rent turned in but they somehow manage with many unhappy tenants. I will say that my apartment manager was awesome and I had no problems there but dealing with the company was an absolute nightmare.

Clean and friendly people who help you to move in easily. Decent rent fee. Close from the college. Unlike other places it is so easy to sign a contract and I get to move in the next day. Also a single semester contract is available. The main office is also very close.

Schulhof has awesome customer service and never fails to get back to me quickly with any questions or issues I have. Whether it was through the phone, their office or meeting the manager of my future apartment, everyone In this company has been friendly and accommodating. Highly reccomend!

Everyone was very nice that we worked with. The office was very efficient and it was easy to create a meeting time that worked for us.

The Ardmore is a really nice place to live. The building is right in the center of campus for Marquette students, so that is a really nice benefit. The maintenance service is also very efficient so that if you have any problems, they come within a week.

I live in centro and it is a great place to live on campus because it is in a great location, and Schulhof property management does a great job assisting their residents. I had an incident last year where I had accidentally brought my apartment keys back to my off campus home, and my lease had just ended, so I needed to turn in the keys. I immediately called Schulhof when I realized I had forgotten to turn in my keys and they were incredibly helpful and understanding. I am happy I chose to lease with Schulhof for the past two years.

I love renting with Schulhof! They have always been so kind to me and have helped me with anything I've needed. They're very understanding and want the best for their tenants. I recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment!

Probably the WORST management I've ever had to deal with. They've been consistently rude and uncaring about any questions or concerns I or my roommates have raised. I called to ask a very simple question and they told me they had thousands of other issues to deal with and that frankly they didn't have time to care about what I had asked. This company does not care about their tenants and treats them very poorly. The units are also horribly designed (floors are not level and each room is a completely different size, super old, gaps in the wall, sketchy back stairs, drawers that are painted shut). Before I even moved in they had threatened to take our security deposit and not rent to us because of an incident a previous tenant was responsible for. If I had the money to hire a lawyer I would have sued.

Renting at one of their places now and it's going well. Just signed a lease at a new location of theirs. Repairs and concerns usually answered and addressed within a day. Friendly and helpful staff.
