It is wonderful to experience the Folketeateret, apart from the wardrobe system.

Have been here several times and then the last Phantom of The Opera here and think it was a fantastic show. I was a little skeptical since the performance was translated into Norwegian, and was unsure whether the songs would work in Norwegian. But I was very pleasantly surprised and stared at the theater. The theater itself itself is also very good, ddt is good seats and you are quite comfortable, nor have you experienced any problems seeing everything happening on the stage.

What I think is a bit cut, however, is how you have to leave your jacket even though it is not so big, even though I experienced more people carrying my jackets, something that I feel is a bit skewed.

Great theater, see and hear well even on "bad" seats. The wardrobe solution has room for improvement.

The building is weary, insightful, and capacity and logistics hopeless. The whole place appears like a long queue and it is difficult to find each other in a follow-up.

Fantastic place where we had the pleasure of hearing and seeing Oslo Fagottkor !!! An amazing show with about 25 singers / dancers and orchestra. This show is highly recommended! Thanks for a nice evening to my friends and family !!

We saw Phantom of the Opera. Nice show. Bad legroom.

Much queue, queue to deliver jacket, queue for toilet, queue for bar, queue to pick up jacket. Generally a lot of queue. Very hot in the hall. Set in line 22, this was a long thin stage and under a small roof, you did not look very good. The show was awesome!

An old fine theater with nice atmosphere and good service

Nice place, old but well kept. Buying outside of shows was somewhat expensive ,,
but to run such a great institution one has to wait for everything a little extra. We were at the Phantom of the Opera a fantastic show. In summary, it was not so expensive yet when you look at the experience.

Beautiful and well-kept theater. Great scenery. Good sound. Bar in 2nd floor. Have a drink in the hall. Low seats, but seat cushions available.

We were there at Phantom and the opera. It was a bit slow at first. But took up a lot. The premises themselves are intimate and cozy. All seats have a great view to the stage. They have many outlets for drinks and snacks. There is a little bit of wardrobe space, and you should expect up to 45 minutes before you get your jacket back.

So was The Fantome Of The Opera. Absolutely wonderful experience! A little peasant seats to sit long in, and a little boring if you sit behind a tall person

Slightly better treble in the sound it would have been even better.

Since there is a wardrobe duty it should be baked in the ticket. That would make the queue in the wardrobes go away much faster. Otherwise, I'm impressed with the quality of the musicals they set up.

Great performance and nice rooms. Gardening solution should work better, a lot of chaos when everyone goes out at the same time. Maybe there should be a wardrobe on each floor?

The performance was ok, but cramped with legroom and hopeless arrangement for mandatory wardrobe.

A pretty good theatre, but the rows are very narrow. There are little space for legs. Also, you have to pay for wardrobe, and stand in a very long line to deliever - and get your coat after the show. The theatre is average, but I expected more for what you pay.

Good seats on the balcony. Good sound (concert). Negative that many went back and forth during the concert, so you had to get up often. Disturbed the concert experience. Good toilet access.

Cramoed legspace. Occasionally the actors heads disappeared behind top curtain when doing scenes requiring climbing. Dissapointing

Love this place but there really is no room for the bones or the purchased drinking bottle

Great premises and lots of variety in entertainment. The wardrobe solution means that the overall assessment is slightly reduced as well as worn seats in the hall. Some queue at the cloakroom and at the bar, the staff spend incredibly long to complete an order.

Upper balcony suits probably best for those with no such long legs. The little legroom.

Cozy old rooms with lots of history in the walls. Stylish old splendor. Good conditions to see and hear.
Too few toilets

Something slow. Stay out early Make sure you come down to the side where you hung jacket. If not, you need to calculate a never so little chaos.

Complained with the popcorn I received because there were only small broken pieces. Got new without discussion and the girl at the bar realized the problem.

A great place, friendly staff and imaginative entertainment. Art at very high level.

It is a wonderful classical theatre, with lovely and terrific atmosphere. Great possibility to see all stage from any place in auditorium. You will not remain indifferent after visiting that theatre. Specially designed for classical perfomances, like musicals, and classical ballet. You will get huge portion of positive emotions thank's to the aura of the golden age of theartical productions. Friendly and honest local staff can assist you in any situation. For my work I have visit many theatres and other Concert halls around the world and never saw better place for watching the ballet. This place so unique, that I don't have more words to express my tender feelings to this place. I'm admired.

Great atmosphere. Fanthom of the Opera, I personally, often became too many voices at the same time. This makes it a bit muggy in the voices ..
