We have been using the various SCCS departments as our supplier for the last 7.5 years. The services and experience that we have received have been nothing but EXCELLENT. Every time we need technical support, we always received a prompt answer and their support team has always gone beyond and above to help us. When we need to hire something, they always have everything that we needed to hire, deliver to us on the same day and when urgent even deliver to site in a couple of hours time. Same with their sales department, the best advice and best price possible. If you do need to purchase something and you need the items delivered promptly, trust me you can get the items delivered the very same day or in our instance today on a Saturday morning because we had to put an urgent late order yesterday (Friday) afternoon. Please don t get me wrong we have dealings with other similar suppliers but SCCS is far ahead and better than most of them, and if it was possible we could give 10 stars instead of 5. Thank you very much for your service to date and please continue with the excellent service in the future.

Disappointing service on the repair side. Since their takeover by Hexagon things seem to be slipping in terms of quality.

We are having to wait a long time for calibration and repairs. This combined with our most recent repair came back partially fixed. We have had to sort elements of it ourselves.

SCCS charge a lot of money for their services and will certainly consider using other surveying companies after this.

Impressive customer service, knowledgeable and experienced staff. Always seem to have a large stock of consumables and hire equipment available nationwide next day. Delivery is with care through their in house army of logisticians.
