Absolutely amazing! Everytime I have emailed or needed anything they have had an amazing response time! I moved from out of state and was very stressed out about not seeing the house before hand but this team answered all questions, settled all of my concerns and our house is wonderful!

Rudy has been an absolute pleasure to work with, incredibly responsive and professional. They have managed our property for some time now and we would highly recommend them.

Trying to move to nc from tx and the lady on the phone did not give me her name but she was very rude and kept interrupting me and sighing at me. She told me I somehow have to have 6 pay stubs from a new job in nc before I can move to nc which doesnt make sense, how am I supposed to work there when I cant move there first? They didnt care that I was receiving help with bills from my mom until we could get established out there. She was not understanding when i explained there was a recent death im the family and we were urgently moving to be with family. She said the do not accept cosigners even though the application for the house says they do, and even had an option to apply as a cosigner but every time I tried to being that up she would interrupt me. I was surprised at how much of a tone this woman took with me considering all the good reviews I have read for them. Thanks for making my horrible week worse, after losing a loved one this is exactly how I wanted to be treated.

We worked with Katie Brown to purchase our first home and she and her team made sure the process was smooth and enjoyable! We went through a 30-day close without a hitch! I would highly recommend!

Scarlett Properties has managed our rental home for 4 yrs and they have been phenomenal. My tenants are model renters so I expect them to be treated like it was me living in that home. Samantha, Rudy and the team do just that. They are highly responsive, they give me options so I can make an informed decision, and they take care of everything. I strongly recommend this company.

I have had termites for a little over a week now. Went through the appropriate channels to get this taken care of. I understand the management company can t control the HOA or pest company but it s all about customer service! They have made me feel that the holes in my wall and disgusting termites are no big deal and I m not in danger living with them. DANGER or NOT, this is unacceptable to even say to me!!! I m left in the dark about where we are in the process and the owner sent one of his realtor friends (male) to come over unannounced this past Saturday to take a freakin picture of the damage (which I ve done already) First of all, I m a single woman and live alone so for a man to come over unannounced for the management company was alarming but he showed me his emails to see he was connected to them. Second of all, I kindly asked the management company to inform me (specially) if a male is coming on their behalf and I felt like my words fell on deaf ears. It s not too much to ask to be kept in the loop on pest control when it s an active situation and be NICE about the fact I m living with bugs and getting very upset and uncomfortable!

Kyle Bender and his team at Scarlett Real Estate are about providing an open line of communication and information about the market. At the same time, they take pride in showing a strong sense of care and commitment to myself as a client and I have had such a pleasure getting to know these individuals on a personal level. They really took care of our needs, which is hard to find in a growing city like Charlotte. I will continue to do business with Scarlett!

We have been in our rental property for one month. In that time, we have discovered hanging fixtures and lights that don t work, a nest of bees, and most recently our hot water heater broke, causing us to be unable to take showers in our own apartment, which we are paying full rent for. How does that make sense? This has been the most inconvenient month, not simply because we had to move to a new state/home, but because of all the inconveniences that call for my husband or myself having to leave our jobs to come back to the townhome so that the current issue can be fixed/replaced. Many of these things should have been discovered by the rental property company prior to them renting it out. The property is only a few years old and has obviously not been well maintained. We are extremely disappointed by the way things have gone during our first month of occupancy. The simple fact that we are paying for hot water yet cannot take a shower today because there is no water is beyond me.

Kyle was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. As a first time home buyer the process seemed overwhelming at first. Kyle made the process simple and was very knowledgeable about the market. His advice on when to make an offer and how much put me in my first home. I highly recommend Scarlett Properties to anyone looking to buy and seeking a professional realtor.

The one in hickory NC is VERY unprofessional and I would give ZERO stars if I could. You can say you have no tenant under my name but my name on here isnt my real name. Just trust the reviews people !!!
