You have to watch that your words don't get twisted around in case notes and things like that. Other than that just fine.
rooms are very hot staff are exceptionally friendly .just wish we could get pick of room with a baby you need a padded floor at least but i understand limited space ..definatly great place

This company's service was court ordered. I have experience with 1 counselor. I had a hard time trying to reach that person through the company phone line. I had to reach out to their personal phone number that they gave out in session. They changed appointments on me without notice, yet stayed in contact with the 3rd party of our counseling. The 3rd party happens to be the substance abuser who was trying to regain custody rights. I would NOT recommend this company.
Scan is a wonderful place for children. They have wonderful staff!
Very good agency. They strive to help families rather than taking a stance against them. Nice clean facility. Only thing is they have outgrown it. Need a bigger place and the parking is horribly inadequate as well
