We visited several interior companies but finally decided that SCALE INCH would be best suited for our requirements. As we trusted, they have proved themselves by their constant support and hardwork. When I was looking for a crockery unit to fill the space between my kitchen and dining area, I found a beautiful crockery online with a dual color combination matching the theme of my home. This contemporary unit with glass and wooden door cabinets gave me ample space to fit in dinnerware in an essential way. The service provided by Scale Inch is appreciable with fine work and a neat installation process.

I got the Lilac wardrobe with laminate finish from Scale Inch which has a classic look. The combination of laminates has been made into a beautiful pattern which appeals to the eye and makes the room look elegant. The work finish is also good and all this came at a price which was very affordable.

Worst people to take service from. Cheats who only loot you. Pathetic work. Carpenters and supervisors are below par. All materials charged premium rate and given local made products. Furniture broken at all places. Don't take service for interiors.

Its a good option to go for interior in low budget.
Few issues came but all got resolved by the team. Good thing is our imagination came in reality.

Got our first home done by Scaleinch. It was a pleasant experience and our house looks amazing. It was our first experience and designers were very patient and understood our needs and budget. They made themselves available for our questions any time of the day be it at site or over phone, they dedicated their time patiently and answered our questions and even gave suggestions which would suit our needs as per our daily activities and most importantly they were flexible to our last-minute design changes. Scaleinch might not come in the league of LivSpace and DesignCafe but the quality of the products is as top notch as the other firms. It is worth every penny spent and comes at half the price of the branded Interior firms. We would recommend Scaleinch if you are looking for an interior firm who is fair and transparent.

When I was looking for interior designers in Bangalore, we had lots of interior designing companies in the list, we then went through lots of reviews, visited completed projects, scrutinized about various companies, and then filtered out by selecting Scaleinch. They were really awesome right from start to finish of the project. When I initially spoke to the designers, they were clear in explaining the concepts and shared good ideas that would enrich my home with elegance as well that lasts long. They suggested us with color combinations, the laminates which really helped us choosing the right as this was our very first home. I was very happy with the designs, it completely matched my requirements. Later on stages, the execution process went well, finishes were absolutely perfect more over the team handed over our project within the stipulated time frame. I must say the quality was unbeatable and pricing was affordable. My sincere thanks to the team for making my 3 BHK a paradise to live in.

They left my work unfinished after taking full payment. It has been 1.5 years since I am following up with them over phone and mails. but no commitment to compete my work. Very unprofessional attitude.

I got a Puja unit designed from Scale Inch. It was delivered on time and the finishing was done neatly.

Scaleinch did a very good job. They are very punctual on time. I am really happy the work they have done. I have just one suggestion for them, Please do site visit often when carpainter are working, because if there is any issue in that case, customers will point on you guys. Because you are the point of contact for customers. Other than this you guys are doing a really very good job. Just keep it up.

I got my 2 BHK complete interior designs crafted by scaleinch interiors Bangalore. Their designs are exceptional matching all my requirements. Mainly the quality of material used by them, I am so grateful for hiring scaleinch and I surely recommend my friends as well.

Less than 1 star. Service and approach is the most lackadaisical I have ever come across. Truly deplorable communication and service, no matter how many times you reiterate what you want. Starting from design where they don't provide you any ideas of their own until you beg them for it, to making choices of materials suddenly unavailable 3 weeks after finalization. Delivery is even worse, they say they can finish work in 7 days but it has been 6 months now. They say they will come to do work the next day but never turn up, or turn up and have no materials to work on, making us wait at home, compromising on our work, loss of our time and pay, restrict our movement and create a dump-yard of our home, resulting in not able to use anything around our house in anticipation that they will have the decency to show up. Not only do they not show up after saying that they will, but also no decency to inform us. This has happened more that five times, because of which we ended up cancelling important work meetings, travel, family get together etc. They come and go as they please. And send amateur carpenters that make changes based on whims and assumptions not as per design sent and finalized. Every time you have to remind them to communicate when and what time they'll come, who and what will come, still they are so thick-skulled and never do it and repeat the same thing over and over. They are so unresponsive, especially after you pay them a token amount, they don't respond to emails, messages , calls and then wonder what went wrong. Now we hanging on a thread of decency and patience towards them. Designer and delivery are the worst.
Even if you are they most easy going consumer you may have a problem with them. After constant follow up they have completed the work unsatisfactorily and expect immediate payment.
If you aren't living in the place they are going to work on, you can try them at your own risk. But our experience was despicable and nasty, so my suggestion is, if there seems a 1% doubt in your mind that anything could go wrong, pack up and run as far as possible from there instead of ruining your 'home'.

The team was very flexible with the designs give by us and always responded to our queries. Very friendly staff and quality of wood is also good. Overall very good experience.

I hired scale and inch for my interiors in SNN Raj Greenbay for a 2bhk, I am quite happy with their work. They were very prompt in providing designs and also took feedback positively and made changes accordingly. Overall the interior design is very nice and the quality of products used are good. The work too was completed within the stipulated time, they needed minimal supervision once the design was finalised.

1 star as it is not allowing me to post my comment. Very very disappointing. We regret by contacting these people for our interior work. The work was incomplete, no proper alignment for the design, unsatisfied colors and textures, annoying staff, irregular labour. The so called "interior designers" will not have any ideas, suggestions and they will ask us to select from the catalogue. Still, the output will be drastic and not at all happy with that. We have approached them no:of times, no one responded including the "BOSS" of the company. Its been 6 months, none of the designs have quality. Seems like we have to approach them in this way in order to bring the issue to their notice. Hell with your service and communication. Very bad!!!!!

Purchased Willow wardrobe from Scaleinch. They have used the same materials as mentioned during discussions. Satisfied with the Product delivered.

I am extremely happy the work done by Scale inch. They are prompt and they are genuine. What ever the material they said, they have used the same. They are very patient to hear clients quarries. They deliver the things in time. Work done in my house in each and every room I am enjoying. They have done great job.
Especially the wooden ceiling done by them is very impressive. I strongly recommend to others.
