Long waiting for elevator, sometimes out of service

Our elevator fell from 11th floor to 5th. Elevators are scary as building is very old. First in eastwood i believe.

Good security. However elevators are sometimes not operating making it time consuming to go to upper floors

Elevators are always out of order. So typical of a Mega World development. Sub standard

AVOID THE SCENIC ELEVATORS! I got stuck there once.
