Less than 1 star. Service and approach is the most lackadaisical I have ever come across. Truly deplorable communication and service, no matter how many times you reiterate what you want. Starting from design where they don't provide you any ideas of their own until you beg them for it, to making choices of materials suddenly unavailable 3 weeks after finalization. Delivery is even worse, they say they can finish work in 7 days but it has been 6 months now. They say they will come to do work the next day but never turn up, or turn up and have no materials to work on, making us wait at home, compromising on our work, loss of our time and pay, restrict our movement and create a dump-yard of our home, resulting in not able to use anything around our house in anticipation that they will have the decency to show up. Not only do they not show up after saying that they will, but also no decency to inform us. This has happened more that five times, because of which we ended up cancelling important work meetings, travel, family get together etc. They come and go as they please. And send amateur carpenters that make changes based on whims and assumptions not as per design sent and finalized. Every time you have to remind them to communicate when and what time they'll come, who and what will come, still they are so thick-skulled and never do it and repeat the same thing over and over. They are so unresponsive, especially after you pay them a token amount, they don't respond to emails, messages , calls and then wonder what went wrong. Now we hanging on a thread of decency and patience towards them. Designer and delivery are the worst.
Even if you are they most easy going consumer you may have a problem with them. After constant follow up they have completed the work unsatisfactorily and expect immediate payment.
If you aren't living in the place they are going to work on, you can try them at your own risk. But our experience was despicable and nasty, so my suggestion is, if there seems a 1% doubt in your mind that anything could go wrong, pack up and run as far as possible from there instead of ruining your 'home'.
