A month ago I returned some faulty Duck Refill pads and I have had no response from the company at all. Apart from the cost of the product it also cost me 3 pounds to return the item so I am disgusted that such a large company should fail so badly.

Why have you made the tins of shoe polish so cheap they are now hard to open and more often the little thing that you try to open breaks off for an old person it just impossible please go back to the old style tins you might be making more money but we are losing as it goes in the bin it would be nice if you take notice but I doubt....
