Everyone that has given 5 stars are higher management and I know this from experience and knowing them ALL personally. This company sweeps everything under the rug down to the owners and HR manager. If you are looking for a company to grow within this place is not for you. If you are looking to enjoy a high school mentality with people between the ages of 18-50+ and no professionalism then Premiere Response is definitely for you.
Liked my job here. I know I wasn't the perfect employee and person(no one is) and I made mistakes that were addressed and corrected. God knows that everything I did here was in order to make the process better, to help others and was because I had good reason to do so. The only thing I am not a fan of is the manner on how I got removed from the company. Hey, I get it's the discretion of the company to remove someone but when you ask them why they are removing you and all they say is that there have been complaints and they don't even tell you what they were about or give you the details, how can you even defend yourself? Anyway, hope they made the right decision in removing me and there is a thing called karma whether you believe in that or not. If I did something wrong then maybe I got what I deserved but otherwise, goodluck then. I'll still give you guys 5 stars since I don't want to ruin your precious rating. Happy Holidays. Godbless. :)
I currently work here, and I have to say it is one of the best jobs I have ever had. Friendly environment, they have unwind rooms and areas to relax during your breaks. A cafe on the 5th floor with plenty of cultural options, and a gym for employees to enjoy for free.

While I must say I had a great time working there and my performance was "excellent" as some of the supervisors would say. I was fired on a technicality that seems kinda BS to me. I joined PR with a group of 6 people and only 2 remain there now. They pushed 2 of us to the edge, 1 was fired prior to me and was kind of targeted by the upper management there. I personally was fired for "violating the electronic communications policy" as I was told that a group chat my group had wasn't to their liking because we all voiced our opinions on how certain things should or shouldn't be handled during COVID-19. Now I will say this, they offer you training at home for a couple of weeks then in office "Nesting" which shouldn't be a thing during COVID in my opinion (again something I voiced on in my group) as the things you do in office are no less than what you do out of office at home. They tell you 2 weeks office training then you go home, well our group was kept over a month in office during this pandemic and when we finally got sent home I got myself tested and what do you know. Im positive for Covid-19. So when accepting a position from this company know your job is always at risk. There is no freedom of speech there.
I was fired for tardiness due to having Covid 19. It is a week later after dropping off equipment and my last check / direct deposit still has not been recieved. This was after being threatened that I would not recieve my last weeks pay if I did not drop off my equipment immediately. This job was very unorginized and the management like to pick and choose favorites.
If you like managers who lie and sneak this is the job for you... no paid holidays off , they will add on responsibility to your job title without a raise, you won t feel appreciated working here it just feels like a process of eliminating employees here
Located on the fourth floor of a corporate office building. They have a plethora of parking. Great place to work as everyone is friendly. The owners provide food often, prizes and incentives during special times of the years and plenty of growth. It is a call center that handles multiple house known brands. Hiring process is pretty simple and they don't make you wait long for a response. Turn around is different per different brand you represent. Fridays are reserved for casual wear, which is great. Overall a great place to work and grow. Would recommend to a friend.
Called about unfortunately buying produce berries that weren't good quality. There customer service dept help me in a professional and kind way until all my questions were answered. Thank you for your time and patience.
