Avoid at all costs, you have been warned!

OK.... so, where shall I begin.... ?
Ah yes, SBA Flex, the most "professional" agency that I worked with on my first time here in the Netherlands.

As soon as I stepped inside their office I already sensed their professionalism, imagine wasting arround 8 hours inside to sort out some paperwork that was already done online and to wait for their extremely busy drivers to take us to the accommodation.
All fine and dandy, after 8 hours well spent guess what, had to wait for another 3 hours to pick another guy and then finally to drive us to the accommodation.

Upon arrival to our SBA villa (an old garage office transformed into "living" quarters), a wonderful smell of moldy ventilation greeted me so I immediately knew that it's going to be an interesting adventure. Went inside, the first person who greeted me was a drugged & messed up fella that even asked me for a slice or two of bread.
I completely ignored the guy, went to my "penthouse" room and guess what? It was warmer outside than inside.

So, decided to finally rest..... can't do that mate because SBA Flex doesn't have bedsheets, pillows and duvets for the new arrivals. Well that wasn't a surprise, nothing for the beds, no cutlery or plates, NOTHING so lets spend some money on useless stuff.
After spending another 2 hours to the shop and back again ( No, this is not a Hobbit's tale ) I finally can get some well earned sleep.

First day at work in the famous Syncreon warehouse was nothing special, chaos everywhere, most people barely spoke english (even their native language) but most notable was the work that I had to do. I was told before I came to the NL that I'm going to be in a certain department and upon arrival everything changed. But in every failure there is also information and knowledge so the best part was meeting a lot of new people ( some of them clearly didn't belong there )

Now inside Syncreon there is an interesting hierarchy, all the new agency workes are basically slaves, rookies etc. while contractors aka veterans, generals have an easy life and longer than usual breakes.

Finally, I decided to leave them when all of us in the wonderful mansion were fined for "putting ice" on the thermostat (whereever and however that thing is or looks like) so there was 50 euros gone from the week's payment.

So in short, here are some pros and cons for working with SBA Flex:

Cons:

1. You get to experience first hand how does it feel to have alcoholics, drug addicts, uncivilised and messy people arround you.
2. If you want to cancel your gym subscription now is your chance because you will do everything at work ( dunno about cardio though)
3. If you want to improve yourself and become better in the logistics area you will be denied, they want you to be stupid ( I still have my reach truck license in the pocket , nobody cares that I can do that job, better off loading mate)
4. If you want to go sightseeing, you are in luck because the wonderful SBA chauffeurs will take you see the surroundings for 3 hours before you reach your destination.
5. If you want to build up tolerance for dealing with idiots and complete morons, look no further, you are in the right place because at Syncreon, you have 8 bosses per department, each smarter than the other.
6. Agency coordinators will never communicate any important things with you, accommodation related or work related but they immediately know you exist when you take a day off due to medical issues. Why? Because you don't earn them any money, that's why.

Pros.

1. Sometimes they give you free cookies in the canteen but probably they will ask you to do something in return aka a survey or ask you for overtime which probably they forget to pay it or fine you to have money in their pockets to pay you.
2. If you are Polish or Lithuanian ( nothing against them, I love their unity and compassion for each other) you will probably get a nice accommodation and a good spot inside the warehouse.

Google, please give us an option to rate someone with a corner of a star or something, one star is way too much for them.

Ok.

It might be wise to let your staff get their driver's license first if you give them a car. Like the person who drives around with license plate TG 521 V. Overtake left, cut off, where you only go straight and left may stand still in the middle of the road to go all the way to the right, maybe there was smoke in his eye from his joint.

I have read all the opinions found about SbaFlex so far and I know what people are talking about and to be honest they are exaggerating. You go to the Netherlands for work, not on vacation, if you expect coconuts, a hotel with a swimming pool and exclusive driver for your private needs, give it up. It is enough to follow the rules and not to jump with every mistake of the office with the mouth and insults, you will not see the termination of the contract overnight. What a location, I've been to a few. In Loenen - Mrs. Wanda is a great elderly and helpful person, if of course you live well with her. If you smoke, do drugs, live anywhere and play music loudly and do not react to admonitions, do not be surprised that you have problems. It enters the room because the managers have this right in all locations - it is written in the lease agreement. When signing a contract, you must read it. Monastery in Tilburg - its biggest downside is that you can smoke pipes in the building. It is hard for a non-smoker to live like this. They have few toilets and showers for such a large number of people. And peace? Hmm ... It depends on the location of the room. I lived with my husband in a wing where it was relatively quiet and relatively little stink (from pipes). It is possible to live. It is definitely better than a worker's motel. Hoeven - holiday park. This location was the best I've had so far. A holiday home with three rooms. One on the oartase and two on the floor. Large spacious kitchen, living room, two bathrooms. A miracle, honey. I was sorry to leave after only two months (50 km to work so they moved us closer). I currently live in a hotel in Breda. Many things don't work properly (like heating or internet) but it's a new location and everything will come with time. It is important that it does not drip over your head and the wind does not blow. After removing the stove specialist, the temperature in the rooms is normalized every day. Not a lot of space to use, especially for two people, but there is your own fridge and toilet with shower and these two things are the most important to have your own. Each location has advantages and disadvantages, the present one is good.
I have worked in various companies and there are several positions in each of them. If you stick to one position, do not want to learn another position and refuse or ask for training, then you are not a valuable employee and there will be no hours for you. From Loenen I traveled 100 km one way day after day. Lives? Lives. It was very tiring but it was the company's requirement that the employees were outside of its town (the beginnings of covid). I asked my coordinator to be transferred to another location. With time it worked, I know that they did what they could to help us then. And many people got a transfer at the same time. Those who did not write an email and only complained stayed in Loenen. Everything can be arranged with the right approach and, above all, with kindness. There are situations when you have it at 8 am and your driver at 7 and you need to get up sooner for him to get to work. If it bothers you, buy your own car. You can check-in at many sba locations. In the city hall in NL, the employees speak English. Google translator helped me the first time. You can already buy a car with the registration. And you can afford one Solaris for commuting to work (pay for one week).
Everything (as in any agency) must be asked for, requested and reminded. They have so many people and thousands of e-mails every day that your single request can literally get lost. Of course, as in any larger company, the flow of information between employees is criminal (you call to report sickness, know that the phone itself is not enough, send an email confirming that you talked because someone forgets to tell you that you called). Every company has it, so there is nothing to be angry about, just remember about it and persistently ask for your (ask and not threaten).
A big ADVANTAGE of the agency is that if you don't work, you don't pay for an apartment.
Summing up all pros and cons, I recommend this agency with a clear conscience. Believe me, you can find worse agencies. This one is pretty cool.

Until now, the best office I have worked through!

Until now, the best office I have worked through!
Working on Vion at Boxtel is good, although the rate could be higher. I worked there for half a year and I am satisfied.
As for the apartment, it is the most out of 5! A kilometer to work, close to everything.
Contact with the office also for 5! They always received, translated or helped. There were no problems.

This company needs to correct many errors. All the company staff lied to us. The provided habitation had no internet and it was in Belgium, 1 hour distance from work. The plannings and schedules do not make sense. Days without work. They do not respect the welfare of employees. There is no communication. Many many MANY errors. Conclusion: they need to hear people, not to treat them like numbers. JAGODA BIEDA is not a professional coordinator, she refused to talk to us face to face when we came to the offices to discuss about this issues and find some resolution to the problems. Sbaflex has provided a terrible experience for us working in the Netherlands, and it is also tarnishing Ingram's reputation. I will not suggested the sbaflex to anyone.

Carful with company and these people!!!

If you have your own accommodation and transport, it's not so bad because you are not really dependent on them. They sometimes get paid out wrongly, but if you ask, they pay back.
The problem arises when you stand up and say that something does not suit you - ARE WORLD and they no longer offer any new job offers, but terminate the contract on the pretext that there is no job for you, despite the fact that other employees normally offer something. Embarrassment and laughter in the room :)

The worst agency I have ever had to work with !! Salaries are sometimes badly calculated even for own flat and private car ... Often, in the middle of the week they don't have work for people !! They encourage people by promising a bonus for working a certain period and then they do not pay that bonus! Despite the many employees coming from Poland, of course, a foreigner contacts the state regarding ambiguities in order to make the argumentation difficult! If you are interested in your offer from this employment office, I suggest you look at a competitive agency that offers the same offer, for example: a refund for fuel and keeps the promises of the bonus.

xD

Arrival in the Netherlands - 7 o'clock, we waited 6 hours in the office, after 15 hours by bus for information about the location where we are to live. Such living conditions were provided to us, they are worse than in a homeless shelter. It's dirty everywhere. The rooms look like a converted basement. Even the walls are dirty, they look like someone is walking on them. I will not even mention the repulsive smell that is felt throughout the building. The office has disposed of us. It was taken to the area from which the nearest store is several kilometers away, leaving without any means of transport.

I recommend the company, there were problems during cooperation, but by contacting the coordinator, I managed to settle every case successfully. Living conditions approx. Contact the office approx. Company cars approx.

Money for 2 sick days they pay in 3 installments, location in loenen? Forest and old crazy Wanda who walks you around the room as you are at work. Are you trying to fight it? You are thrown out for any reason the old bruchwa is impossible to move

The worst office of choice, what else is said in Poland, what else turns out to be in the Netherlands. One week of sitting on the proverbial "ass" because there is no job. They download new people, and there are no people on the job. Once you work it is 3 days a week. Locations as far as possible from the workplace (+ 120km). Do not be surprised when your driver is at 7 to work, and you are at 8:30 and you go with him already at 5:30 (on the way back the situation repeats itself and the driver has to wait this time for you - passengers)! A caution for people who are planning a trip with this office and do not want to waste their precious time and spoil unnecessarily nerves, I do not recommend.

This agency is a disaster and completely pathetic. They lie all the time about the conditions like accommodation, transport, salary and almost everything. I was lied that everything is gonna be perfect and in reality I had to come back after 3 days when I realised how much money I would get for my pocket. You shouldn't even consider them as a reliable agency. Worst experience of my life.

I do not pay for hours as needed and overtime. They do not report sickness. Complete organization and lack of communication in this company. Their application does not work. Coordinator Gabriela should work. FOR GERMAN FOR CUCUMBLE, FIT HERE HOW PEOPLE WANT TO WASTE TIME AND MONEY IS A FUCKER. I RECOMMEND SBAFLEX TILBURG.

It gives you support in everything, getting a BSN, a health card, a transport, the weekly salary, I have not met anyone who says it has not been paid, there are, as elsewhere, exceptions, very few and it depends what places were assigned to them, but Sergiu, who is just the 20th person, is worth the opposite
PS> the exceptions are all Romanians :)
