Allegis and TekSystems are run by unprofessional people. Management follows unethical recruitment practices.
They interviewed me for a role, and liked me a lot, and kept saying you are the best candidate, then didn't offer the role, because ex-employee rejoined them. After a month, they contacted me again, and said I was the best candidate, and they want to consider me for another role. They again interviewed me 8 more times, and again offered me role, and took all my personal and confidential documents to process offer. After waiting for 1 week for offer, they said they scarped the role from Philippines, and they are not sure if they want to grow in Philippines. They wasted so much of my time. I read another review with same experience. They are literally TIME WASTERS. Their interviewers from US talk more about their own retirement plans rather than talking about the role.
Allegis and TekSystems have no process/policies/communication/guidelines etc. They are cheaters and time wasters in my eyes.
They give false hopes to candidates, and playing with their feelings. Their recruiters and other HR staff and management all practice weird and unethical games with candidates.
I highly recommend to not fall for their trap, and never join them. Their are much better ethical companies in Philippines to work for.
I did applied for a position. One of their recruiters told me that I've passed and need to wait for further processing of my application. I've waited but after a month they didn't get in touch. One day, they called and offer me another role they said the role that I've applied has selected another person. I gave another chance then I got interviewed again but unfortunately, I didn't passed then I got an email from one of thier recruiters and He said thank you for my interest applying to them.
I felt being cheated. It is really hard to have a good job and there are companies like this who will give dissappointment to those people looking for a good opportunity. I will not recommend this company to others. They are just playing with you thinking that you badly needed a job and suddenly they will use that for their advantages then left you dissappointed.
